Actually stayed 2 weeks.. this week and previous week. Part of the stay with family who loved short walk to beach and Saint Armand’s. Stayed on my own and loved the above as well as tree lined walk across the street and access to Nature Trails. Very safe and quiet area. Definitely will return. Also all service, Property Manager, iTrip and Explorie were exemplary.

We loved staying at this very clean and perfectly located home. Being walking distance to the beach and St. Armand’s circle was terrific. We had two teens with us and everyone had plenty of space in the rental. I used one of the bikes everyday, but the other had flat tires. We used the boogie board and the beach chairs. It’s nice to have amenities like those handy.

Nice place, description was accurate. Our only problem was the couches were very uncomfortable and need to be replaced!!

Plenty of room, well stocked with nice linens. Great kitchen. The listing never mentioned it was upstairs ( difficult for one of us). Fans need balancing, they were pretty loud. Couches looked fine but sat very low. When you sit down it goes down further. Had a maintenance issue and they fixed it right away.

Excellent property , 4 minutes walking to the beach, 10 to downtown. Literally all we took was our bathing suits, everything else was in the house. Definitely staying there again soon.

We stayed over the 4th of July week, very nice place to stay, open floor plan, plenty of space for 4 people. Short walk to Beach & St. Armand's Circle. Bikes, Cooler, Towels for Beach, couldn't ask for much more. Spacious backyard with plenty of chairs and a Grill. Had a question, owners responded back immedately. Would definitely stay here again. We loved this place! We vacation a lot and this has been one of The cleanest we’ve stayed at. My wife usually has to clean when we arrive but we had to do nothing to this place. If I had one critique, I’d say the couches need cleaned or replaced. But really still not bad. Will definitely stay again!!

Nice duplex within 2 blocks of a very nice beach. Short walk to cute small town with restaurants and shops. Low amount of traffic. They had a wagon to take your (included) beach chairs, toys, umbrella, etc.). They had two bikes. All you need for a great week on the gulf in Florida. And if you need a big town, Sarasota is just a few minutes away by car.

This home is in a excellent location if you want to park your car and leave it sit. The beach is beautiful and a five minute walk away. St. Armands Circle has everything you need and is an 8-10 minute walk. This home is exceptionally clean and has everything you need. 5 Stars.......

A great place. Excellent location, walking 5 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to st Armand’s. Extremely clean and the management was extremely responsive. We had only one request which was very minor , we asked for a vacuum cleaner, and they brought over a new one immediately. Very happy with our time there.

The unit was spotless and exactly as advertised. The proximity to the beach and pool was perfect!! Being able to walk to Armand’s Circle and all the shops and restaurants was ideal!! Would definitely stay again!! Loved it

A very convenient five star property to enjoy a vacation. Clean, organized and with all the necessary amenities. Close to the beach and all the restaurants in St Armand. Definitely recommended .

Property was in great shape and looks like what you expect from the pictures. It was a good place to stay and I would stay again. Only negative I can think of was the walls are a little thin. You can hear the people in the unit next door like they are in the room with you.

Great open space layout for our family of 4. We loved having the 2 bikes to cruise down to the beach and lido key kayak put-in. Easy access to restaurants and shops. Property manager responded quickly to minor check-in issue and resolved it immediately. Overall great stay - we would definitely rent at this place again.

Very nice place to stay. My wife and I and another couple stayed. The property was great and the ease of getting to the beach and St. Armands was excellent. I would suggest A king bed and television in both bedrooms instead of only one. Overall, excellent.

We loved our stay - condo is in great shape and was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful neighborhood with 10 min walk to beach or to shopping. Many scenic places to walk or bike nearby!

Clean and spacious

We were quite happy with out stay at this location. It was comfortable, clean, modern/updated, and was in a great location. We walked to downtown for food in about 7min and walked to the beach in about 5 min (3 blocks away). This is one of two units on the property and we also rented the adjacent/adjoining unit for our stay. The added bonus of this is that there is an adjoining door between the two units that the company offered to unlock and leave open for us, which was great! I would highly recommend this for a larger family or two families on a larger vacation. The cost for both was equivalent to some of the other smaller homes in the area, but you get way more space! Large outside fenced yards with patio furniture and a grill. Plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. Beach amenities (chairs, coolers, etc.) in the garage for use. The management company was very easy to contact if needed. We had a minor lock out issue with the garage and we were able to contact the management company quickly and they were able to resolve the issue quickly and adequately. We would highly recommend this location.
