Penelope is so lovely and welcoming! We really enjoyed meeting her. The location is fantastic with a wonderful view across Kioni. Everything is very clean and comfortable and the pool is a nice place to hang out.

A gem in Ithaki. Great location, beautiful views, lovely apartment, well equipped with all that is needed to cook. Very spacious apartment. Comfortable bed and pillows, separate living-dining room area, great toilet/shower room, fab water pressure! loved the themed rooms we were staying in Kalypso and the wall painting depicted the scene of Odyssey’s meeting with Kalypso! The own Mrs Penelope had arranged complementary a small bottle of wine, Greek kritsinia, coffee/sugar/tea sachets and a bottle of liter bottle of water in the fridge. The apartment has two windows and is very cool at night. The wifi connection was perfect and the tv channel great too! The own had thought of everything including a mosquito device and tablet, iron, ironing board, wifi boosting device, clothes rack and pegs! We only stayed 3 nights and wished we had booked at least a week. We are certainly considering coming back to Ithaki and will ensure to book Likoudis Villas as there is nowhere else we would rather stay! beautiful peaceful apartment. We lived are short stay

We liked everything this is not a dislike only suggestions please update the Booking.com location indicated as it does not match the actual location. Google map does though. We found ourselves driving through the narrowest paths in the center of Kioni! The internet connection is rather poor in the island so when we realized that we arrived to the wrong location, and after been chased away by the locals we were unable to reconnect to the Apple Maps app. With the help of several short calls as the connection will drop the calls we found it and it was like a dream!!! The products used for washing up and washing hand was very watery the hand soap was running between our fingers before getting to the sink, so maybe consider changing them to thicker liquid? Please also leave couple of toilet rolls in the apartment as the one toilet roll was used by the second day, we used tissues that I place inside the empty toilet roll, we bought our own, just as well we did as even though the bins were emptied the toilet roll was not replaced. We had a great experience and marked excellent gif everything because it was!!!

Location is perfect with great views of kioni port Very near Kioni, a lovely town by the port with many coffee shops and restaurants and not too far from Frikies another port town Lovely interiors, new kitchen and bathroom

Minor detail: There was no soap/shampoo dish in the shower

Likoudis is an exceptional property. We loved everything , it is very quiet and beautifully styled yet very comfortable. Our suite was perfect. No 5 , (the suite that only accommodates 2 people ) as it has the most privacy and the cutest view through a picture perfect break in the olive trees that is truly magical. Both suites are lovely …It is above the port however there are stairs that are not too arduous and a car park closer in if you need/ wish to drive down. The pool is clean and a lovely break after a hot day out, and it is fantastic that your rooms are in the shade in the afternoon so sitting outside is comfortable. Kioni is a gorgeous port as so many lovely tavernas and excellent swimming right in the port. A must however is to walk the 20 minutes around the pretty foreshore to “ Cemetery Beach” , not it’s real name . This is a beautiful swimming cove with an excellent Cantina restaurant for a great lunch. I think Likoudis is by far the best property in Kioni and possibly all of Ithaca and the main reason is the lovely Penelope. She is so genuine and really wants your stay to be perfect. We were so impressed by her care and attention. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us as we will be back.

Villa Likoudis is a place that I loved! Luxury, calm and a breathtaking view of the pretty town of Kioni below! I also had a crush on Pénélope, the adorable host of this beautiful place! thank you to his son also for the help he gave me when I needed it! do not hesitate, if you want to book a rental ideally located, with parking, swimming pool and with all the necessary comfort, this is the place to go!
