A fost cea mai proasta experienta pe care am avut o la hotelurile din Turcia. Apa calda era de fapt rece, am fost înțepat de plsosnita, la baie toaleta nu era sigilata când am primit camera. Pe Booking scria ca este și mic dejun, erau recenzii bune și acolo ni s a spus ca nu este restaurant în hotel. De asemenea am plătit în a doua noapte cu Cash și nu am primit bon fiscal. Urmează sa verific contul sa vad dacă nu mi au luat din bani. Camerele mici fata de ce se vede în poze. Niciodată nu voi mai merge în acest hotel.

Totul a fost jalnic.

Хареса ни услужливия и усмихнат персонал. Момчето на рецепция беше превъзходен. Хубава градина, но не през студено време. Добра локация близо до центъра. Чисти стаи. Бързо плащане с карта. Закъсняхме с освобождаването, при което нямаше проблем.

Стаите бяха прекалено малки. Банята беше тясна. Нямаше паркинг на територията на хотела. Закуската беше на порцион, а не на блок маса (не е проблем, но има хора които не закусват такива неща.

Pretty easy to find, it is close to the centre,the rooms are nice and clean, and the breakfast was very nice. Also the personnel is very polite and always help out.

The rooms on the side of the street are a bit noisy, meaning there are people on the street talking and making noise up until 4-5 am which makes sleeping on an open window hard, but this is something that is hard to fix by the staff so I don't hold it against them.

The hotel was great, clean, comfortable with diverse breakfast. Tha staff was very sweet and helpful. The room was small, but clean and wit a comfortable bed. If you don't plan on spending your time in your rooom, it is perfect. The place where we had breakfast could be for fun gatherings in te evening. WIFI was strong. Close to the central street of Edrine.

The streets are narrow and most of them are one way streets, so it could be difficult to arrange the parking, but the hotel staff helped us with the orientation.

the staff was very kind and responsive, helped with a lot of things and allowed us to move to a room on the first floor because of a problem with the abundance of one person in the group. Thank you for that!!

the breakfast did not correspond to the pictures presented in booking, there is no buffet, maybe because there were not so many guests in the hotel. I think that if there is not, at least they should ask the guests or let them know what will be served for breakfast.Just advise!

Close location to the city center, good choice for breakfast, clean rooms. Most importantly the staff - especially Ahmed from reception and his colleague were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. I would like to thank them one more time for the amazing customer service
