We had an amazing time at this house. It was just what we needed for a long weekend. It was so easy to walk to the beach and bike around town. The house was perfect for our large group. It was so clean with lots of space for everyone.

We loved the location, layout, and amenities of the property, however, the mechanics were a real issue. We had a difficult time regulating the temperature and the HVAC would go on and off Throughout the night either making everyone cold or hot. The umbing was a bigger issue as one of the toilets became backed up on Wednesday night and was not repaired until Friday. Then, Friday night the kitchen sink started to back up into the dishwasher which in turn leaked all over the floor. This was not repaired before our departure. We truly enjoyed the house and the beds were comfortable. We had plenty of games and being across from the beach was great. It is unfortunate that the plumbing was such an issue.

The house is in the perfect location! Across the street from beach access. The house is beautiful and nicely decorated. There were lots of kitchen amenities. My only complaint is the right side of house was so hot. It wouldn’t cool off and it’s not even summer yet. Other than that it’s the perfect vacation spot!
