No es gustar,es algo incómodo.El sitio en si,da un poco de respecto ,por las malas pintas de los vecinos.Tengo que decir que no pasó nada

Todo muy limpio y cómodo. La casa está bien ubicada, al estar por el medio de la isla todo queda mas o menos cerca. Muchas gracias!

Posizione perfetta, ad Argana Alta, in periferia della città. Parcheggio in strada ma sempre disponibile gratis. L’appartamento spazioso, bagno grande, cucina utilizzabile e abbastanza attrezzata. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo se non fosse stato per il letto inutilizzabile.

Il materasso del letto molto scomodo. Purtroppo non siamo riuscite a dormirci nemmeno 1 ora ma per fortuna il divano è un divano letto, non molto comodo ma almeno non abbiamo fatto una settimana in bianco. È un gran peccato perché all’appartamento non manca nulla, avrei sicuramente dato una valutazione più alta se non fosse stato per questo importante inconveniente.

The location is an advantage for travellers who are not only interested in typical tourist destinations. The property is located in an urban area where mostly locals live, so it is possible to get a glimpse of local life. As for the accommodation itself, we appreciated the two sets of towels (so it was easy to dry one set and use the other in the meantime). And it was very kind of the host to leave cold drinks in the fridge to welcome us:-)

If you're looking for a quiet place, the location is a bit noisy during the day as planes fly over Arrecife. But for us it was not a problem, even for our little daughter who still sleeps during the day :-)

Apartamento limpio, práctico y con todo lo que se necesita. Buena comunicación con el dueño.

La cama, el sofá son un poco incomodos y la ubicación sino se dispone de coche, sino es un barrio tranquilo.

La ubicación era excelente. Es muy cómodo porque tiene caja de seguridad para acceder. El dueño te escribe el día antes para indicarte lo necesario para el acceso y para cualquier pregunta que necesites hacerle.

No me gustó nada el colchón de matrimonio, era muy muy blando y se hundía por el centro. Animo al propietario a cambiarlo, puesto que es difícil descansar en ese colchón.

La limpieza y lo acogedor que era el apartamento. Todo fue fácil en la comunicación con el dueño de la casa.

El colchón era un poco incómodo porque se hundía hacia el medio.Me pareció un buen colchón pero en cambio tenía,para mí, esa pega. Y la almohada un poco alta. Salvo eso todo muy bien.Repetiría..

Bright, clean and quiet, no sight nor sound (fortunately) of the cockerel someone mentioned in a previous review. A lovely bottle of local wine was left out for me on arrival. The host was unobtrusive but always available if wanted. I chose the place particularly for it's location on the outer edge of town which made for instant cycling access to the surrounding countryside. Many trails and directions to follow pretty much from the doorstep. I stayed for a month and though I cycled daily I did not come close to exhausting the cats cradle of trails which were there to explore. There were a couple of very good supermarkets within reasonable walking distance. Bedding, pillows, sofa and cushions were all firm and comfortable to use. The large window could be left slightly ajar while out, with no security issue, to keep the place aired.

Access to a small bit of garden for winding down in the fresh air after cycling would have been nice. The shelf above the sink was a little low, I had to be careful not to catch my forehead on it when bending down to wash my face.

A very cozy and clean place to stay. There is everything you need for a comfortable living. Thanks for tasty coffee ☕ 😊

Good communication Via WhatsApp. We didn't have to meet the owner. Food kitchen and bathroom equipment. Excellent price-quality ratio.

Location too far from city center and not very clear too. No towel change. No garbage collection.

The host was very kind. Wine, water, coffee pods, dog's treats, and other essentials at our arrival. The apartment is clean and renovated with washing machine and dryer.

Spotlessly clean, and fantastic service. Excellent 1 night stay.

If you are coming for a few days you may want to hire a car as it is a bit out of the way.

The cost effectiveness of the place and the location was in a very windy place. The place was very clean and comfortable along with a smart TV, which came as a surprise.

It is further away from the centre of the city and therefore, you have to always walk for half an hour or more to catch any buses for other parts of the island because the bus connections are not very frequent between the centre and the house.

Property has lockbox so it is contactless check in at whatever time is comfortable
