Quiet residential street, within close walking distance to tourist spots as well as train station. Stylish accommodation, with high standard fixtures/fittings. We liked the fridge, coffee machine, and arrival biccies! Excellent and prompt communication regarding arrival and departure; Francesco is highly professional, accommodating and approachable. We liked his recommendations too.

Absolutely superb experience. Francesco went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, with excellent communication and recommendations for places to visit and eateries. The apartment was beautiful, with keeping with the building's history but integrating modern style and comfort. We loved all the personal touches that took this apartment to the highest level.

the property is perfect for seeing the sights and easily walkable everywhere . The room was spotlessly clean and had a small fridge which was handy. The host Francesco was helpful from meeting us at the property and giving us advice on sights and restaurants, extremely kind and pleasant. if we return to Pisa we will definitely stay again , thanks

Fantastic host with good recommendations what to see and where to eat! Apartment lovely and very clean. The patio garden was a real bonus. The bed and pillows were very comfy and the kitchen well equipped. A good location for shops, Tower and station.

The room in an older building near the Arno River has undergone as tasteful restoration that is oozing with charm and comfort. Francesco greeted us and was so helpful and accommodating!

Great location, our host Francesco was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. the room was big and seemed recently renovated, bed very comfy and nice size shower room.

Our room was located on the ground floor and we could hear people getting in and out when the door slammed each time, I know that can’t be helped but did wake us up a few times. It was not specified that we would not have access to the kitchen and patio. Just missing a little kettle to have tea really.

The location of the place was very central, yet quiet at night, walking distance to all main sites in town. The bed was comfy and the room overall was very clean. The host was very responsive and quickly available. The check in and out were smooth, but not ideal.

Even though the check in and out were smooth, we didn't like the fact that everything had to be prearranged with the host. We had to plan our whole trip to Pisa around the check in and out times. It would have been much more convenient to just have a lock box, for example. We also found the description of the large room misleading. The photos of the place were indicating a back yard and kitchen but when we got there it turned out that these belong to a different room in the building, and we just have an apartment with a bedroom and bathroom and no access to the back yard. Our presumption was that the back yard and kitchen are shared for both bedrooms because the listing on booking indicates that the place is a whole apartment with a couple of bedrooms. The back yard was the main reason to choose this place, so we were disappointed that we couldn't actually use it. I found the cost for just a bedroom a little too high.

Francesco was a great host, friendly, gave us recommendations of where to visit and eat. The location was very good, in walking distance to the leaning tower and train station which suited us perfectly.

The only minor thing was some noise on the first night from neighbouring apartments but there was no noise the following nights and it generally seems a quiet area.

The room is a bit nosy since its at street level and the windows and door are not so insulted fro sounds.
