Es gab an einem Samstag kein Frühstück, obwohl man es anbietet. Wir wollten vor Ort entscheiden und durften dann 20 Min. zum Supermarkt laufen um dort beim Bäcker zu Frühstücken .Wir wurden im Vorfeld nicht informiert. Die Rezeption Istanbul Samstag und Sonntag gar nicht besetzt gewesen.

Bereits im Vorfeld aber auch nach der Buchung hat die Kommunikation sehr gut geklappt. Beim Einchecken hat uns die Zimmerkarte bereits neben dem Checkin Automaten erwartet. Sehr problemlos. Das ganze Haus wirkt sehr modern und gepflegt. Es gibt eine grosse Bar in der Getränke zum Selbstkostenpreis bezogen werden können. Die Bezahlung erfolgt im Vertrauensprinzip. Sehr sympathisch. Unser Zimmer wurde ohne grosse Umstände in getauscht. Die Betten sind herrliche BoxspringBetten. Dank der guten Fenster und Klimaanlage haben wir herrlich geschlafen. Obwohl wir gegen Lärm sehr empfindlich sind.

Unser ursprüngliches Zimmer war leider ohne Klimaanlage.

Das Frühstück mit veganen und glutenfreien Optionen hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt: Bioprodukte, warme Eierspeisen, Oatly Hafermilch und frisches Obst. Das kostenfreie Parken vor dem Haus ist optimal, auch für meinen PKW mit Anhänger.

Der Self-Check-in hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, sauber und es gab alles, was man braucht. Auch ein Safe war vorhanden, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett sowie Wasserkocher für Tee oder Kaffee.

Spacious, modern room in a very quiet location close to great jogging routes. The staff is exceedingly friendly and the bed was divine. Milage may vary, but I also had some very pleasant conversations with the owner.

what happend in case you left your card in room and lock yourself out (possible at any time) There werent (at least I didnt see them ) any instruction in case the customer left the "Happy path" (Check in here, see there) but nothing: "in case Problem X happens, do that"

Clean and comfortable

We had two rooms. Top floor has air-conditioning and was wonderful but the one on the second floor did not and it was way too hot to sleep. I can understand that in this part of Europe air-conditioning or a fan use to be optional but with summers becoming hotter, an air-conditioning becomes a necessity for a convenient stay.
