The location is pretty nice, easy to reach the downtown in any time by traim. Also, I had all amenities around the place.

Bed would be more comfortable.

There were cookies, very nice people. unfortunately they did not speak english but it worked somehow with google translator. Was very clean but rather recommendable for less luxury and more cheap & clean stay.

The bathroom was really quite tight, so its rather a thing for skinny people. We did know that the bathroom is seperate though and at least we had our own key to it. Has a bit of a premium hostel feeling.

Great, clean and comfortable place. Communication was carried out nice and with enough time in advance. I liked that there was some coffee and tea. Location is perhaps not great, but it's ok. Apartment was like 10 minute walk away from tram, bus and train, so Museeninsel and other attractions are easily reachable.

I cannot think of something negative.

Me encantó todo, no hay problema si llegas tarde (pasada la medianoche), la cocina está mejor equipada que la mía en casa, te dan café y té gratis, la ubicación fenomenal, una zona tranquila pero con muchos supermercados muy cerca y parada de tranvía casi delante de la casa...lo recomiendo al 1000%!!!

1.Die Dame die sauber gemacht hat war nett. 2.Man hatte Platz im Zimmer 3. Die gemeinschafts Küche die man nutzen konnte (wenn nicht Amerikaner der Meinung waren sie für sich alleine zu beanspruchen und ein dumm an zu machen wenn man rein will aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts) 4. Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer

1. Man hat kein fließend Wasser auf dem Zimmer (nichtmal ein Waschbecken) 2. Das Schlafsofa war extrem durch gelegen und übersät mit kleinen und großen Flecken. 3. Es war in mein Augen nicht ausgelegt für eine Unterkunft, uns kam es so vor wie alte Praxis Räume oder so... Es war ein Raum (hatten den direkt das neben dem Eingang) wir haben ständig gehört wenn die Glastür auf ging und das war schon penetrant in der Nacht wenn es ständig hinterinander passiert! 4. Die große Glaswand war abgedeckt mit einer dickeren schicken beklepten Pape o.ä was im unteren Bereich aber schon geschimmelt und hat nass war... 5. Man könnte das Fenster nicht ankippen (nur das kleine obere) aber im Erdgeschoss wo man easy rein klettern kann würde ich niemals das große sowie das kleinere oben aufmachen, da dort sehr einfach jemand rein klettern könnte. 6. Das Bad! Man musste ins Erdgeschoss und die Dusche war etwas verschimmelt sowie hatten wir am Anreisetag nur eine halbe rolle Klopapier und mussten selber welches kaufen!!!! Damit wir nicht ohne dastehen. 7. Ein großes Ameisen Problem. Von Tag eins hatten wir ständig Ameisen in unseren Zimmer. 8. Die Gardinen waren richtig Verschmutz und vergiblt.

Die Lage ist o.k., nah an einer Straßenbahnstation mit guter Anbindung nach Mitte und Prenzlauer Berg. Das Zimmer war ruhig.

Das Zimmer ist extrem dunkel, es hat dadurch die Atmosphäre einer Gefängniszelle. Die Ausstattung ist ungewöhnlich veraltet, wir vermuten, dass es sich um einen ehemaligen Puff handelt (z. B. uralte Glitzertapeten und Bettwäsche, die nicht zusammenpasst). Im Zimmer gibt es mehrere abgesperrte Türen (z. B. einen Notausgang), was nicht zur Gemütlichkeit beiträgt. Es gibt nur ein schmales Bett mit einer Bettdecke und nicht einmal einen Fernseher. Die Küche hat unangenehm gerochen (irgendwelches Knoblauchpulver oder Ähnliches). Das Bad ist groß, aber müsste ebenfalls dringend mal renoviert werden (u.a. war die Armaturhalterung kaputt). Völlig absurdes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, ist mir in Berlin bisher noch nie so passiert.

Helpful host and convenient location for public transport.

Good location, but literally right next to the tram tracks. Very noisy, also during midnight. Blinds were of low quality so the room was quite bright. No ventilation in bath room, bad odours can stay.

Very good location. Right on a tram line. It was very clean, and having the possibility of using the kitchen was useful. The clean private bathroom was appreciated, although organized in an unusual way, down a few stairs, next to another one.

My room was very small, cramped, without a place to hang my clothes, which was difficult for a week. But the bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the privacy and convenience for the money.

The location was easily accessible by tram which was 100m from the doorstep of the property. The washing machine in the shared kitchen area was extremely helpful and the kitchenette in the room allowed for basic meals to be prepared.

The room got a little hot on an evening, probably due to 4 of us being in there but some AC would've been a bonus.

Shower rooms need an internal light switch as someone turned my light off while I was in mine. pitch black!

Perfect place place, not in center but good to access from center throught tram 12. Exceeded my expectations.

No negative points

Very good location, close to the tram which brings you to the city center in 15 min. Self check-in worked very smoothly. Apartment was clean, and had plenty of appliances and snacks for the duration of the trip. The best value-price ratio in the area.

The room was very noisy due to the trams passing regularly outside. We also had to makeshift an extra curtain because the original curtains in the room weren't enough to cover the light from a street lamp.
