I am so disappointed. I selected the hotel being alright. But this time I am really disappointed by booking.com ratings. As it is low standard, worst hotel. Bad smelling blanket. old furniture, disgusting atmosphere. No Breakfast even I had selected filter for breakfast, I thought they offer breakfast… But they actually do not.

The location, the space of the room, the full stove, refrigerator, and microwave (a full service kitchen with dishes and pots), great for a family staying. Overall, with the minor inconveniences I listed, I would still stay at this hotel again.

The people that had a room above us made so much noise all through the night. We were unable to sleep for constantly waking up wondering what was happening. The second night stay was a little better, we assumed the people on the floor above our room checked out. I like this hotel and have stayed with my family on other occasions, and never had this issue. I decided to crop it up to being the fact that it was New Years Eve night. There was no back on the remote in the room we were in. Housekeeping said that I should not put trash outside the door for them, there was a trash door for me to put the trash. I was helping them by trying to clean our room so they would not have to do a lot. I found it odd, but emptied my own trash. I guess I should have left it in the room and when they came to get towels and stuff they would empty the trash containers. Upon checking out of the hotel I mentioned it to the hotel clerk. She said I could have called their security. Then she asked if I like my stay aside from that incident. I told her that the room was great as always when me and my family stay there.

location, location, location. It was very dark pulling in and the parking is not really well lit. They did have a security guard in the parking which says something about the area.

It seems they have renovated the whole place. Staff was very friendly, they had fresh cookies and coffee by check in time. Very organized, this is the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in a while. Would book again.

Could have used bigger towels and more pillows.
