Condo was VERY clean and well kept. Furniture was comfortable and ample. Loved having the wagon and the beach chairs were great. Daughter and friend enjoyed having the bikes (which were in great shape) to ride around the area. Location is perfect and easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Thoroughly enjoyed our family time with Faith as our host at her beachside condo. The unit was very clean and well stocked with all the amenities. Very spacious floor plan perfect for a family of five with a coastal vibe. First floor location allows for quick acces to the family friendly pool and beach. Faith was the perfect host answering any and all questions in a timely manner relating to our stay and vacation experience. Great communication! We will definitely be booking our next beach vacation with Faith.

We had a great time here! Faith made the check-in process smooth and efficient by providing detailed information up front and she was very responsive throughout our stay. We loved the location of the property and that it was filled with everything we would need for a great stay.

Great location!

The property was everything that it was advertised on VRBO. A smaller quiet building with all the things that you need for a getaway with your spouse. Our 1st time on Hilton Head Island and definitely will not be our last. Great restaurants nearby along with the zip line that we were able to mark off our bucket list. Bike riding is a must and I must say our first bicycle ride together in the 45 years that we have been together. The bicycles that were provided in the rental were just what we needed. Weather didn’t cooperate for our usual beach bum experience but we made the best of the times that the weather did cooperate and just a short walk over the dunes with beach cart and chairs that were also provided by our rental. Loved the sea food that the Island provided along with so many wonderful people that work on the island. The wealth of knowledge from those that were born and raised on the Island and even those that had made Hilton Head their home later in life was so good to hear their stories. Yes, people actually take time to talk with you because they care about the experience that you have during your stay on Hilton Head. My wife and I hope to return soon.

We enjoyed our stay at Faith's condo. We needed to rent cribs, and Faith went above and beyond to ensure that the cribs were waiting for us upon arrival. The condo is clean and well stocked. It is a scenic five minute walk to Coligny Plaza and an even shorter walk to the pool and an absolutely pristine beach. Highly recommend, thanks!

Excellent stay, very relaxing. My granddaughters liked biking around Coligny Square and the island. The beach was close and so clean. We immediately felt comfortable in the condo. Hilton Head has some good shopping at the outlet stores.

Faith was so helpful with our check in process and directions to the condo. The condo is in excellent condition and close to nearby shopping, restaurants, and bike rentals. We enjoyed our stay!

This property was just perfect for our little group. The facility was quiet and convenient to fun activities like dining and biking. The path to the beach is beautiful! The condo was updated and comfortable. We loved it!

We have stayed at this condo before and love it. The condo is well furnished, nicely decorated and has everything you need. Location can't be better. Coligney, direct beach access and Tiki bar! Owners are great and respond asap with any questions.

We had a wonderful experience with the host, Faith, as communication with her was fast and easy, answering questions I had. The condo was beautilful and very clean. We loved having beach items at our disposal, and the wagon came in handy taking beach items, cooler, chairs, etc, down to the beach for the day. The location of this condo is perfect, close to anything and everything you need, and within walking distance to Coligny Park, restaurants, grocery store, and shopping. There are even two bikes available to you, provided by the host, and we took advantage of the many trails that are offered in the area. We were very satisfied with the condo, as it is decorated very nicely, and kitchen was stocked with plenty of dinnerware, glasses, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and a well supply of items, such as toilet paper, paper towelss, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent hand soap, etc, to get you started until you have a chance to hit up the grocery store. The bed in the Master Bedroom was so so comfortable, and we had plenty of room to put our clothes, either in the drawers of dresser and nightstand, or to hang items in the closet. Lots of hangers to use as well. Everything was just as we expected, and more. The hosts even had a welcome basket waiting for us filled with many items that kids and adults would enjoy! I definitely recommend this property and hope to reserve this again next time we are vacationing in Hilton Head!

This is our second time staying at this condo and again everything about it was perfect! We even switched our vacation dates just so we could stay here again because the condo and host just couldn’t be better!! It is the perfect location being on the beach and within walking distance of the new coligny park, shopping and dining. The condo was also equipped with anything we would need from the kitchen, to everything for the beach as well as bikes! Even all the beds were so comfortable!! Faith is also such a helpful and responsive host and if I ever needed to get in touch she always responds immediately. My husband, myself and our 2 boys loved staying here and making more memories. We can’t wait to go back again!

My family and I rented this property for a short vacation and we loved it! The condo is clean and nicely decorated and just steps to the pool, the beach, and Coligny Plaza. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back again!
