Sea views,very clean, nice decor

Everything was great Alice and Catherine (the twins🤣) looked after us extremely well. Bed was soooooo comfy at home I never sleep the night through. Beautiful scenery. Lovely lounge to sit in for the wet days. Close to the beach. Nothing too much trouble.

Only slight thing was would have liked a wardrobe or somewhere to hang clothes but this was a minor irritation and everything else made up for it.

We spent two nights at Follies Suites and loved the gorgeous sea view. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. Nicely decorated and had a large bath. Catherine was so nice and kindly made us pasta for dinner as we arrived late and we were exhausted from driving.

It was next to impossible to find! We're from the US, and our phones don't work in Europe, so we couldn't use Google maps. Even with gps we couldn't locate the property. We literally drove around town for 4 1/2 frustrating hours and stopped and asked directions multiple times, including at a local hotel who called the b&b for us, but Catherine didn't answer. No one had heard of this b&b. We were about to give up, even though we'd already paid in advance. Thankfully some friendly women showed us how to get there. Follies has NO signs, not even in front of the b&b, and no road signs. So good luck finding it! Also, the last day we had no hot water for showers. Catherine left on vacation the morning after we got there and her point of contact couldn't be reached. Thank god the cleaning woman came to the rescue and even made us breakfast (which does not come with the room).

I liked the view of the sea and the hills around with bountiful nature.

Our en-suite bedroom in this elevated coastal bungalow overlooked the sea and was near a popular family beach at Clonea and Ballyvoyle Cove. Our friendly host, Catherine, had lived many years in France and had developed her own breakfast style of yogurt, french pastries, scarnbled egg and bacon - all delicious.

Location is perfect and rooms was quite big. Overall a very nice place and i recommend it.

Maybe because we arrived late, but we were not provided all the information for our staying, such as for example that breakfast is not included and cost 15 euros each and we just discovered in the morning.

Gorgeous location, amazing views of the ocean, peaceful and serene. Handy parking spot. The bedroom and bathroom were both clean, comfy and spacious- and the shower head had very nice water pressure. The lovely Waterford greenway was 2 mins walks down the road and we could even borrow bikes. But the best part of the experience was the hostess, Catherine and her lovely son, they were both so kind and charming - as Catherine formerly owned a restaurant in the South of France she cooked us up a storm for breakfast each morning and even dinner one evening - It was exquisite! And Ben even baked us some cookies. We felt very welcomed and had some great chats, plenty of tips, all over a delicious food with a stunning view. Overall a really lovely experience and would highly recommend this accommodation and also the Waterford Greenway in particular

Lovely and quiet room in front of the ocean. Catherine provided a very warm welcome and the breakfast was amazing! Best Irish scones I have ever tried. Few minutes by car to Dungarvan. Worth visit!

Very country with hiking and a view of ocean. Quiet and large room with a guest four season sunroom to view. Clean and great owners.

It was hard to find but would have been easier with Google maps. it was late at night so with the dark narrow country roads you couldn’t see much. Owners need to update direction. Sign is very small at entrance.
