I liked absolutely NOTHING about this old run out cheap stinky place!
This place is an old run out cheap place with cheap run down mattresses, cheap polyester bedcovers and pillows, stinky carpets, no light in the corridor, the whole place smells like the weird spices used in the cheap foreign restaurant next door, and the place is located in a very bad area where no Germans reside anymore, I saw a lot of fights on the streets between foreign aggressive men there! This old run down place is extremely depressing!

Zimmer war etwa 10m² groß, Wände extrem dünn, Schrank + Schreibtisch sehr dreckig, Toilette aufm Flur (Geräusche in HD), Parkplatzsuche Standard...

I stayed there for a night during my stopover. The room was big and clean, and overall really nice especially for its price. The staff are also really nice and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there very much and would definitely stay there again if I’m ever in the area again.

This place was home away from home! I was welcomed by the kindest host! He was helpful and professional in all regards! I was able to communicate with him in English! he even gave me a better room as there was availability.
Hotel is only a short 5min walk to the train station and has also a short walk to the shops and food!
I will definitely recommend this to everyone and I will definitely be back!

The owner was super kind and helpful. Check-in, check-out times were super flexible. The house was quite clean and well managed.

The room is spacious, with a super nice shower and the bed was perfect. The most comfortable I’ve been in years. Also, close to the airport. And the receptionist made sure I had a taxi when I had trouble with my uber app, without me needing to ask. So helpful! The room was way better then I could have expected.
My only complaint is the noise neighbors. I couldn’t sleep. There were kids screaming and people talking very loudly in the street. Closing the windows didn’t help. Only almost midnight did it stop. The internet wasn’t working but I only stayed one night so I don’t know if it’s a problem or just that day. I didn’t bother to try to ask them to fix it because all I needed was a good sleep.

The owner was extremely available and very friendly. A very nice person.
The sink in the room is very practical, considering the bathroom is shared.
The room was spacious and had everything it needed.

Location is very near to the airport. Its just a 20mins direct bus ride from Terminal 2 bus bahnhof. The room was comfortable and the property host was so welcoming and friendly. He treated me as though we knew each other since many years.
It has a common washroom and shower. But i guess its ok for the price.
