SiSi in housekeeping is super friendly and helped me when I had problems checking in. All the staff are polite and attentive. I felt safe staying there. The other guests are courteous. -E

In room 202 there are no handles on any of the cabinets, kitchen or bathroom. They have no side grooves to put your fingers into either. God help you if you have arthritis or fancy nails. The toilet seat was loose and had missing parts. The AC was humming even when off and judging by the dirty filter was clearly in need of professional service. -E

Noise at night from neighbors

I love the room and location. This is my second time returning to same room. I like that it’s an apartment. The cleaning girl was so friendly. I remembered her from the past stay. I think she said her name was Christine. She was very welcoming.

Last time I stayed, there was more in the room. Hand sanitizer and more shower things. Not a biggie. I bought my own things.
