Location location location. Great and easy place to stay for spending time in Seattle!

Location in the heart of downtown Seattle. Bathroom floor laminate was coming apart. Bathroom ceiling fan was filthy and the fan did not work. Furniture in living room was at best adequate and not very comfortable to sit on. The lock into the unit was difficult to use and took several minutes to open and lock shut behind us each time we came to or left the unit.

This is a small condo in a great place, very cozy. But neighbors play video games at full volume until 3 am. We got no sleep while staying at this site.

Great location but suite is dated and could use a renovation considering the price of the unit. Example: Floors in bathroom need replacing, dishwasher (loud when running) and microwave are very old. Could use a place to eat like a small table and chairs. Bed was very comfortable! Great communication for Checkin.

Belltown is very conveniently located and abundant with delicious and diverse restaurants. However, after dark the street vibe is unsettling for a casual walkabout. We did apartment adjacent takeout (delicious) and stayed in.

We had an excellent experience here it was exactly as advertised. The location couldn’t be better and loved the included parking. The unit was clean and safe. I hope to stay again soon.

The property was as advertised - stocked with all amenities listed, in a great location for doing touristy things, and clean. Definitely a good pick for a few days in Seattle.

This studio apartment is walking distance to everything & right next door to a great Italian restaurant. We walked to Pike’s Place market daily. But, inside the apartment needed attention & better stocking and upkeep. For example, only one bulb worked in a long line of track lights in the living room, so the room was always dim-even though there were several other lamps-all with low light bulbs. So my husband had trouble working once the Sun started to set because there were no bright lights available to read by. The kitchen needs restocking. The silverware had no teaspoons and all the silverware was mismatched. The coffee maker was filthy with black mold inside. I cleaned it as best I could with a wet paper towel because neither a sponge nor dish brush available to wash dishes. The dishwasher worked and had pellets available. There were extra towels in the bathroom but the tub was yellowed with age and looked less than pristine. One of the sofas had visible food stains on it but the other one was comfortable and much newer. The Tv was large and we could watch whatever services we liked via the apps-YouTube, Prime Video, & Netflix. The living room was comfortable and the city view of skyscrapers around spectacular. You can even see the harbor if you look hard to the right. The thermostat did not work, so there was no way to adjust the temperature in the unit. We prefer cool temps for sleeping and both awakened overheated several nights in a row. Also, no higher table, desk, or shelf to sit at for eating or working on a computer. Overall we enjoyed our stay because of the comfort of the living room and the location at a moderate price. But it is less than ideal for eating in, cooking even a simple breakfast of coffee and a muffin, or working for any period of time. If you plan to eat out every meal and are just there to go out and have fun daily, it’s perfect. Like my title said, great location but it needs some attention.

This place was walking distance to many key tourist attractions. We had a vehicle, and a secure indoor spot was available to us. The pool and hot tub was an added perk! The unit was great, the bed was so comfortable! It has small laundry machines, perfect for a quick wash. A little overcrowded with furniture, lamps and pictures. Somewhat dusty, the dishwasher filter was visible full of debris and only provided us with 1 roll of toilet paper.

This property was everything we needed while staying in Seattle! We highly recommend it for up to 3 people. A 4th person would make too crowded. Furniture and bed were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows, blankets and bath towels. The location is excellant!! It was a 5 minute walk to the Space Needle, Mike's Public Market, Aquarium ....just about everything you would want to visit and see in that area. We had a car but only used it to go to the airport. There were also good restaurants in the walkable area such as Buckley's, Jerk Chicken and Stovetop Brewing. Our rating would be a 5 except for a few annoying things that can be easily resolved such as 1. No parking tag for card so rcvd a $250 ticket from Bellttown Ct. The person who checked us in told us it was missing and if we got a ticket, to take a picture and text it to Vacasa. I did this on 12/25/22 but have received no response from them. 2. The heat in the condo is oppressive. It can be controlled but it was still too hot. Luckily they had a box fan to use. 3. There was 1 dish towel and no dish cloth to wash dishes. 4. We had 1 extra roll of toilet paper for 3 of us for 5 nights. I called the 800 # on the frig but the person didn't know how to help me. We went to Belltown Market and bought a roll and 1 extra. 5. No extra roll of paper towel. And 6. Chest of 4 drawers in the closet contained extra bedding so it couldn't be used as storage and clothes could not be hung up. So...as you see, most of these things are personal preferences however they could enhance someone's experience by being reviewed as they are primarily storage issues. Thanks for a very Merry Christmas trip to Seattle!!!

Loved this little place. Amazing view of the city. Able to get anyplace very easily. Had a great time.

The apartment was in a perfect location for us to experience Seattle. Missing pillow boxes were never delivered. Make sure the pillows are washed as we had to use them anyway.

So great to be close to lots of attractions!

We had a great time at this property. It was perfect for 4 of us on a girls' trip. Doug was amazing at check-in even helped us navigate to the parking location. It was super clean, super nice and super convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a very lovely place. It was close to many attractions and transportation. (.5 mile to the Seattle space needle, .5 mile to Pike place, .5 mile to the westlake station)

This building felt extremely security, and it’s the absolute best location you can stay as a tourist. Walking distance to Pike Place, Waterfront, Space Needle, Museum of Pop Culture, etc. Great dive bars in the area (Shorty’s is a must!!). There was a lot of noise in the unit above for the first night of our stay but didn’t happen again after, thankfully. It was fairly clean upon arrival but had some dust & missed spots. The parking spot and pool alone make this worth the price. Overall, great place to crash for a week - highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. The studio was a perfect size for my sister and me. We could easily walk to Pike's Market, Sculpture Park and could take extended hikes along the waterfront.

We were very pleased with our short stay. The space was very clean and comfortable. The location was great and we were able to walk to all the local attractions, as well as lots of close by dining.

Had a great time staying here. The place is nice and close to the Space Needle and other attractions. The pool is heated which is nice so you can use it anytime of year. We enjoyed the shared patio area. The room was ready early so we were even able to check in sooner.
