Great place, nice views, comfy beds, well stocked and convenient!

Very nice place to stay close to everything.

Our family of six just wrapped up a three-night stay at this condo. The beds were comfortable for our ski-tired bodies and the living area was big enough for all of us to relax when we came off the slopes for lunch and the evening. I love the decor in person as much as in the pictures - light and bright and restful to the eye. The kitchen was outfitted well enough for us to cook every meal with the food we brought. (As others have noted, the Wildcat grocery store is good enough for a few last-minute supplies, but it is a small store.) The location is the best of both worlds. We could wear our ski boots to walk up some stairs and across the parking lot to hit the slopes (or catch the shuttle to Silver Creek) and take advantage all the village has to offer, but when you look out the back of the condo, all you can see is the beautiful West Virginia mountains. The weather gifted us with snow, but on the one clear day, the sunset over the mountains was fantastic. I was surprised the next morning to see that the sunrise colored the horizon to the west and lit up the winter mountains with its rosy hues! Gorgeous. In addition to all of this, Charlie answered all of my questions during booking and our stay very quickly and helpfully!

Wonderful spacious property in terrific location! Everything the village has to offer is just a very short walk from the front door. Very nice kitchen with everything we needed to prepare nightly meals after a day on the slopes.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The sunset views from the balcony were amazing. We would see deers chill out in the mornings and in the evenings from our balcony. This place is a very short walk to the village. I loved that when I saw from the balcony, I did not see any other buildings but only mountains. The home was also very convenient. The kitchen and the family room were very bright. The beds were comfortable. The master bathroom was quite big and spacious. The home was very well equipped and it had everything one would need not to use cook but to even make a feast! Overall we had a very memorable stay here and I would highly recommender this place to anyone wanting to get away for a weekend or a week or a month! Jyothi

We wanted a place close to the village to attend a music festival. Thus place was great! Clean, large, great views and we'll appointed.

We stayed in this beautiful condo during the summer of 2022 and absolutely loved it. The sunsets off of the balcony were amazing and unexpected. The accommodations were nice overall as well. What we expected. The washer and dryer in the unit definitely made it easier for us traveling as a 5 person household.

This property is located within a quick walk, up a 50 stairs and 300 yards to the main Snowshoe Village. The Western view is gorgeous, it is an end unit level 2, so one above and below, but on the walkin level, so entrance to the unit was easy. It was clean and well stocked with toiilet paper, plastic kitchen garbaage bags, Costco coffee pods, salt & pepper, basics. Problems: Leather sofa has a ruin arm rest, the light in the living room had a broken on off switch, so you had to literraly plug it into the wall to turn it on. The 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, the on off light / fan switch was broken, so IF you wanted the fan on you had the light on as well. The hall lights were no wired properly. First we thought they were burned out, then they came on. It took a while to figure out the required configuration to turn them on and off. There are large fill marks on the kitchen island granite. The master bed felt like your feet were higher than your head. The shades in the master bedroom were broken. The weather stripping on the front door window was falling off. The weather stripping on the slidding porch door was also falling off. We think we were able to reattach that. My adult son who is in construction management said it needed to be glued or nailed. The furniture on the patio should be replaced, it was old, sagging, and looked unstable / could collapse if you were heavy. One of the four dinning room chairs also needed to be reglued, and that was a safety issue if the chair collapsed. Snowshoe it self was fun. This is located at the TOP of the mounting, and the closest real grocery store is 45 minutes away. We didn't realize this. The local "groceryt store" had next to nothing in supplies, we arrived on Friday of Memorial day. It closed at 9 pm. We bought the last of the eggs, one bacon, 2 kraft cheese blocks, 1 ham, 1 turkey sandwich meats, 1 loaf of bread, there were 3 left, chips were plenty. No OJ, and 1 1/2 gallon of milk, NO butter. The gas station at the bottom of the resort was substantially better and well stocked, go there for your supplies. Summer is mountain biking time, so you can ride the ski lifts (they run 2 in the summer one of each side of the mountain) as a foot passenger, and it is unlimited rides, so that was fun. There is a lake at the bottom and it had water sports, canoes, water boards, a swimming area with guards, lots of fun activities for kids. There are 5 restaurants at the top.

We absolutely had a wonderful time!!The place was very clean and perfect location to get to the Village for shopping and great places to eat. I would recommend anyone coming to stay at SS bring plenty of groceries etc…they have a general store $$ but no food lion etc anywhere near resort. Highly recommend staying here💞we will definitely be back!

The condo was exactly as described. The unit is right next to the Snowshoe Village - it's an easy walk up the hill to the Village (shops/restaurants), Ski School, Lifts, etc. Because we had young children w/ ski gear, we usually chose to drive instead of going up the hill (about a 30 second drive), and never had any issues finding parking. If it was just adults, walking would be very easy. The unit had clean linens, boot dryer, pots/pans for cooking, glassware, etc. It did not have cooking oil, so you should pack that.

Fantastic views and easy accessibility to the village makes this place a must stay. Beds were very comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked. The gas fireplace was a definite bonus. We’ll be back again

Great spot, close to everything, especially ski school for the kids and to pick up rental gear. A quick walk up some stairs to get to everything. While shuttles are available we didn't even have to use them to get places. Also great views from back deck. Had a great time. Will definately look for this spot again!!

Easy walk to the village and close to Wildcat Provisions grocery. Comfortable and clean with great mountain views. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was just as pictured. The manager was quick to respond. Great view of the mountain and great location to the slopes. I’m planning on going back.

We really enjoyed staying at the condo for a few days in January to go skiing with our family and friends. We have four children and it was a great size to fit us. The only issue we had was the night we arrived there was basically a blizzard and snow was blowing through one of the bedroom windows. That made the bed wet and we couldn’t sleep in that room the first night. However, I brought it to the attention of the owner and they resolved the problem sometime the next day while we were skiing. It wasn’t a problem after that. We would definitely stay there again!

Great updated unit with lots of natural light in main living area. Short walk to the Village and ski school. Well stocked kitchen, Washer and Dryer. Everything you need for a great vacation.

Very good condo, 5-7 minute walk from village and slopes

Our annual family ski trip is about making memories. The condo was perfect for us with a beautifully upgraded kitchen, cozy family room with a fireplace for watching movies and playing board games, and a great location for access to the village and skiing. The views of sunrises and sunsets from the back deck were breathtaking. Charlie and Kristy are incredible hosts and were very responsive to our questions. We highly recommend this amazing condo.

The property was everything I expected. Nicely stocked and beds were very comfortable. We loved having the deer right outside the balcony.

We had an awesome stay. Location is amazing to the slope and great view of sunrise and sunset. Big kitchen for cooking meals, especially with restaurants so busy. Owner is very responsive.

This property was a great choice for a quick fall weekend in the mountains. The property was clean and pleasant with awesome views of the mountains and fall foliage. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking in and just a short walk to all the great amenities on the top of the mountain. I would love to come back next year!

This property is very close to Snowshoe Village, and it has awesome views. The bedrooms are comfortable, the space is night, and the balcony is a good size. We'd highly recommend.

We enjoyed our week at this condo! The location was fantastic, just up a set of stairs right outside the condo door takes you to the village. It was on the main level so no need to lug suitcases up and down stairs. The back deck has incredible views of the mountains! The condo itself was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need to cook. We took majority of our own food to cook but just a heads up to anyone traveling during the summer months that most restaurants are only open Thursday-Sunday. Great WiFi speed! Only suggestions would be to possibly update the bedding and throw rugs as both appeared clean but were worn and stained. We would love to come back!
