Everything about this place was great ! Staff was amazing, hotel is peaceful and quiet, I slept so good, beds are comfy, room size is great, location was perfect ! Few steps away from marina and food and stores all around..

The staff are wonderful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room is quiet and clean. We slept very well here. Basic, and not fancy at all, but great value for money if you’re just looking for somewhere to lay your head.

It’s not the fault of the property, but we hadn’t anticipated how busy, noisy and chaotic Cabo would be! I knew it was a party town but I didn’t know that’s all it was. If that’s what you’re into, this location is perfect. Short walk to everything.

Lulu and the staff were excellent. Very clean and very friendly atmosphere. They cooked breakfast if wanted or dinner. Soo accommodating.

Great location and wonderful value. Lovely bathroom and spacious shower. Super friendly family owned. Quirky ship themed layout but sitting out on the deck was fun.

some cooking facilities would have been a bonus.

The patio was great but there are stairs; the location was terrific just a 5 minute walk to the marina.

I loved staying here as the location is perfect. This boutique hotel is a family business and is safe and clean and comfortable. Lulu and Miguel are excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful with natural respect for guests privacy. I think it is the best place in Cabo. Highly Recommend.

the hosts were really incredible. so kind and helpful and made me lovely breakfasts! excellent value for money, especially in overpriced cabo! great location - right in the town and the marina is a very short walk away. Hot water showers, comfy bed, clean and tidy. Wifi worked really well - enough for me to work remotely without any issues. netflix on the tv that worked really easily was a nice touch.

Location was great, right in the center, but far away from the noise of the bars. It is a family run and owned business with a restaurant on site. The family was super nice and helpful.

The hotel is in a good location. Good balcony, especially when people are not chain smoking.

The managers tried to extract more money from me than the agreed upon price. They argues that bookings should have charged me more, so they demanded more money. Bookings charges me all taxes and fees, but the hotel managers said that the taxes should be higher and demanded more money. Further, breakfast was included in the price. After them making breakfast for a few days, they demanded that I pay them about eight dollars for the breakfast. After proving to them the breakfast was included (showing them the reservation confirmation) they tried to find every excuse possible to make me pay. After arguing with them for some time, the people at bookings had to call the managers telling them they were wrong, that they cannot extort more money from me, and further, that breakfast was included in the agreed upon price. They begrudgingly stopped asking me for more money. But after this process, everyone was uncomfortable and tense. And of course, never have anyone serve you breakfast that holds a grudge against you. As a result, no more breakfast even though it was included in the price. The manager, especially the male, was completely unprofessional. The wife was much more professional. How can they allow such a man to manage such a hotel? Awful, if you stay at the hotel, can't say someone didn't warn you. Beware.

The bathroom just needs a door to separate it from the rest of the room.

Great hidden location near the marina and beach. Super friendly family that runs the place, very welcoming. Newly renovated bathroom and comfy bed was also a bonus.

No complaints! I mean if your looking for a fancy resort style place maybe not for you but definitely worth it at this price.
