very close to everything, beach , restaurants , supermarket..walk you can reach everything. the wifi worked well . max was very good host !!

it’s true there is a construction near the residence, but it didn’t complain me . it not depends on the host . the residence is quite and peaceful .

+ Nicely decorated apartment, very good first impression, fully equipped, + Big enough for two people, a high ceiling gives a feeling of spaciousness, + Netflix available, + Very good communication with owner (manager?).

- Construction work in a close distance to a terrace generates noises during a day (out of owner's control but influenced my comfort during a rainy time), - A view from a terrace is not the best for the same reason, - There is a beautiful stone shower, but using it was a nightmare for me, I hated every minute of it. Shower handle was missing, so I had to keep it in hand, up all the time. A water pressure was very week, its temperature low (I had a feeling these parameters got better the last day, after I informed the owner). The worst thing of all was a smell of water, it was very similar to the one in the toilet. According to the manager's opinion it was caused by heavy rains in the area but, to be honest, I was traveling around much smaller village Las Galleras in the same weather conditions and everything was fine there. Sorry to say that due to this point, I was happy leaving this beautiful apartment. (I have to inform that due to this inconvenience I wasn't charged for electricity by the owner).

Well located, close to the beach and the center of the downtown. Staff is very nice and resourceful… apartment is clean with good natural light. The pillows were not comfortable, I contacted the staff and they solved the problem next day. Flexible in check out.

The apartment was really nice, clean, well decorated and furnished. Good location, even though it might look like "in the middle of nowhere", just a few minutes walk from the beaches and the restaurant area etc. Super value for the price.

There is loud construction happening during the day just in front of the property, but as you dont stay in the apartment during the day, it doesnt matter that much. During the evening and nights its super quiet. You have to schedule a check-in a check-out time in advance via text messages, but everything went smooth with that.
