One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Very clean rooms, hygienic n well organised. The staff is very much supportive n interactive, they understand n listen to what the customer needs. They have an Onsite Vegetarian restaurant Swadista which is highly recommended for its flavours and taste. They have a very good variety of dishes, and the food is prepared fresh with quality n quantity. There is a car underground or you can park the vehicle on the street side depending on alternative dayside. The location is in the city so you can walk relatively for shopping or street food or cafes etc. I would surely recommend this hotel for people to stay and would love to rebook when I visit Chikmagalur again in the future.

Not worth mentioning

Room size was very small. It was not value for money. I paid Rs.2900 and it is worth not more than Rs.1200-Rs.1300. Movement within the room was very narrow. Not the room for Family travel. It is goog only for Sales People who has low limits.

Property is in good location, staff behaviour was good. rooms are clean but it feels dated as the maintenance felt lacking. rest everything was great. Property can improve on maintenance.

Maintenance was sub-par.

Rooms were neat and tidy. Room service was good. Restaurant food was tasty, but was a bit expensive though.
