Non riesco a trovare punti positivi.

Per chi vuole visitare Roma la posizione non è buona, ma quando prenotiamo conosciamo la posizione anche senza sapere tanto. il grosso problema è che questo posto non è preparato a ricevere persone. il materasso è vecchissimo e morbido, basta la mano, il materasso sprofonda...il divano, se così possiamo chiamarlo, è una vergogna, e la mancanza di educazione da parte di chi gestisce gli ospiti è incredibile. Ancor prima del check-in ho avuto necessita do contattare l'assistenza alla prenotazione. il cuscino era vecchio ed estremamente morbido, sul letto c'era solo il lenzuolo di sotto e un piumone. dentro l'armadio delle coperte c'era un cattivo odore.

Checking was very easy, and we had good communication with the host. It was a nice one bedroom apartment, comfortable, spatious, quiet, and clean. There was around 500m to a metro station with a quick and easy commute to the centre of Rome. There was also a number of grocery and fruit shops just around the corner. We enjoyed our stay there.

On the downside, the bed pillows were a bit flat, and the sheer curtains in the bedroom didn't give too much privacy. One annoying thing was that shutters from the kitchen were set too low, making access to the balcony uncomfortable. However, these were small things, easy to overlook.

Very comfortable for a couple to stay, good facilities, right next to a supermarket, only 10 min walk to green line metro, very comfortable stay. Host is very responsive.

very noisy. the walls are thin and you hear everything going on in the other apartments and it's located next to a school

The house was nice, but it is already quite worn out It is well located as it is close to the metro and the supermarket

The extractor does not work and does not help to remove the smell of food that remains in the house. The bed made a lot of noise and we woke up several times because of it. the shower has no pressure and the hot water runs out quickly.

Nothing to be happy about.

Quallity of apartments was very poor. Apartments in very bad condition, there was mold in all rooms, also in bedroom. Walls dirty, bathroom dirty, furniture worn out. kitchen also very dirty, especially the shelf where the dishes were. There were only one glass, one spoon. No soup in bathroom. In toilet water was draining very loudly, also it you could hear very clearly everithing from other apartments including water running in toilets multiple times at night. our stay was very unpleasant, would not recomend.

Appartement verry clean and well located, check out and check-in went verry smoothly and we didn't have any issue regarding flat access, equipments are ok and the neighborhood calm and friendly,. Would recommend for few days in Rome visit

The bed was uncomfortable I think that the price is bit high compared to the quality proposed
