Fred was a wonderful host. We were very pleased with the well stocked kitchen. It was nice to have shampoo etc in the bathroom. The lush bath towels were very luxurious. We really appreciated the garage. Without that, street parking might not have been enough as we had several vehicles.
When we had a slight problem, property management responded. We would stay again.

Gorgeous home and more than enough space for all of us! Very friendly and attentive owner, property was immaculate, has everythibg we needed and more! Would highly recommend to anyone and would absolutely staybhere again

Six adults stayed 3 nights for a wedding.
Home is small and although we did not know in advance there were other occupants in the portion of the basement that was locked off. Wish that had been disclosed as it was surprising/concerning to hear noise below the bedrooms!
The person sleeping on the pullout in the small basement area was cold, additional blankets need to be provided. Several light bulbs were burnt out and the thermostat for the furnace was not operating properly. I think the checklist for the property manager needs to be addressed so items/systems are confirmed to be in good working order prior to guest check-in. The VRBO contact did respond to my messages quickly which was good but we didn't appreciate having to send them in the first place. No general tv available which was disappointing, only netflix.
Overall it was a decent experience and the location was great for our event.

Great location, close to amenities and hockey arenas. If you are looking for quite place this is a place. Everything needed to cook meals was available.

We stayed the weekend for the Shania Twain concert and it was a very lovely place! Clean, had all the accommodations and lots of room for all of us to stay. The owner was very quick to answer us, and very helpful! Overall an excellent place to stay!

We stayed here for the weekend if our daughters wedding. Family of 6. Everything was great! Only thing that could be improved is the basement pull out - it definitely needs a new mattress or include a good foamy please :) Garage use is pretty awesome!

We had a wonderful time. We loved the lay out of the house, kitchen was sufficiently equipped -could use more dishcloths and tea towels. Unfortunately the garbage and recycle bins were all full, so it was a bit challenging.
Overall had a great weekend.

We had a group of teenage girls and a parent staying at the property for the week while they danced . The properly worked out great for us! It’s a very nice neighbourhood, easy for the girls to get to the downtown and to the local coffee shop. Nice and clean place, had everything we needed.

Really enjoyed our stay - plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids, and it was a gorgeous house. The kids loved having a sleepover in the room with the two twin beds! We had everything we needed, there was plenty of parking, and it was really just a beautiful house to stay in. My only issue was that it was a bit out of the way from everything, but in Saskatoon nothing is really THAT far away. Definitely a great deal and a great stay!

Owner great to deal with. Clean and comfortable. Would have liked additional Towels as they did not match number of guests. Overall it met our needs.

Found it curious to be required to empty garbages as cleaners were coming in, but otherwise good. Recommend for those with family and pets as it’s difficult to find places that accommodate pets.

The property was clean, in a good location with great access to all parts of city and surrounding communities. The property manager was very responsive and provided assistance in a timely manner when the air conditioner stopped working during a heat wave. Would recommend this property to others!

Great place, worth the price
I’ve rented VRBO’s all over the world. This house was probably one of the best set up with condiments, coffee, tea, spices and cooking necessities. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms well stocked with toiletries and soaps, and place was immaculately clean. Would highly recommend.

Pretty good 2 nights
Big and beautiful place to stay. I found it a little pricey as just me, my husband and baby stayed there as it was close to where I was needed... Took a while to get a response regarding check in/out time. Last morning there was NO hot water to shower in, messaged right away, never got a reply till 7pm that night after we left, Never got a little refund for the major inconvenience of not showering.

Saskatoon stay
This property worked very well for our weekend stay. We were together with our two adult children and their families for the monster truck show at sasktel centre. In general the home met our needs. The one sleeping area downstairs was quite cold and extra blankets were not available. A few extra cooking utensils would be helpful for meal prep, but overall a great stay.

Family Getaway
These accommodations were perfect for the 6 of us while we attended a family wedding. The layout of the home gave everyone space to relax, visit or find quiet time. The kitchen was well equipped and met all our needs. The host was very responsive to our inquiries prior to and during our visit. We would definitely rebook this home should we come to Saskatoon again.
