Un merveilleux accueil de tout le personnel jusqu'à Mamadou le pisciniste qui nous a fait préparer par le cuisinier un très bon Mafé. C'est un endroit superbe 🤩, calme et très chaleureux. Très belle piscine, beau restaurant et bon. Je recommande ce superbe hôtel 👌
Il faudrait équiper la salle de bain d’un sèche-cheveux.
Il manque un jacuzzi 😫

This as my second stay at Iris and I absolutely loved it. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. The management team made sure that everything that i needed was taken care of right away. They constantly asked for feedback as to what was needed etc.... They make sure that you enjoy your stay in the best way possible.
The Ocean view from my room made the trip worth it :)

Nothing special, ordered in room, choices are limited, quality is mediocre and certainly not compatible to 5 star standard
Location is horrible, requested for airport drop car, it was a terrible experience, will definitely not going back this hotel

The breakfast was fine. We had a really nice guy named Jacques who was very attentive and helped us during our entire stay with anything we needed as far as food and drinks. Super friendly and profesional.
the dining experience at the hotel could have been better. It was a little too limited for us , so we had to leave the hotel some days and dine elsewhere.

My wife and I was out in a smaller room after we paid for a larger room and when asked why we were told they extended the others stay and the rooms weren’t available

Some of the staff were very nice, especially Beni. confortable bed and a nice bath room… sunset at the terrace is beautiful
not many restaurants around so I have to eat there but one plate of pasta 15€ I think it’s too much…

I loved the ocean view. The WiFi worked well, but have to have a different password for each device. If you're looking for a placed of the grid this is the place, there's nothing nearby. The food was okay but a little expensive. The Service was exceptional. Overall I give this place a 10.

Basically nothing except the view from the "sea view" rooms.
Only rooms with sea view somehow acceptable - other rooms are eqipped with small windows like in a prison. Some rooms have an EXTREMLY toilet smell. Front office does not event try to give you a warm welcome.

The staff was super friendly, the ocean view and noise of the wave from the balcony.. was outstanding and marvelous
Service is almost none existent, room didn't have a working mini fridge or a phone to request service if needed, therefore you have to go down the stairs if needs arises..
The food at the restaurant was not warm enough for the prices
The location is too far off road and very hard
