Amazing property! Great location. Perfect house. Loved our time there!

Wonderful home for a family reunion. The pool area is fantastic. Large pool area with plenty of seating for meals and gathering. Interior was very comfortable. Kitchen is very well stocked with dishware, glassware and silverware for 15+. Game room is fun for rain days and the third floor area was perfect for the kids. Lovely walk or golf cart ride to town. Would stay again!

We stayed in this South Haven home for a week long extended family reunion. It has a great yard with lots of seating for meals, games or conversation. The pool and hot tub were also enjoyed. We loved the location on a quiet dead end street but yet 5-10 minutes to shopping, restaurants and Lake Michigan beaches. We used the bikes and golf cart provided for trips also. There is a large greatroom/dining/kitchen area for community cooking, games and visiting. Plenty of bedrooms with different size beds. The teen/young adults enjoyed the 3rd floor bunk room and seating area. There were games and books to use. We had a wonderful time - lots to do and a great location. The owners were very responsive to texts when we had questions or concerns. This house is a winner for larger groups - lots of space and lots to do in a great South Haven location.

This property has everything you could possibly want to enjoy a trip from home. Every room was well decorated and very comfortable. We was only a group of seven ladies so didn’t get to appreciate all the home has to offer. The beach was a quick 5 or 6 minute walk away and the beach was fantastic. We only had one small disappointment was in the description of property, it shows a 6 person golf cart that could be used only to find a note after we got there the city did not allow use after Oct 15. But the home is fantastic and has room for everyone.

Location was amazing. The house has plenty of space for multiple families. Plenty of kitchen space as well. Enjoyed our stay!

Our group was 3 families with 7 teenagers. The house was perfect. It was comfortable and didn’t feel crowded. It was clean and well stocked with all the things we needed to make all our meals, at the house. Ginny was a great host! I would definitely stay again.

This house is really large and accommodated our party well! Also we could walk to the beach which was ideal!

The home is beautiful and welcoming. Everything has been thought of for our comfort. Very comfortable beds and couches. The kitchen is very well stocked and the pantry/laundry room with an extra refrigerator was so convenient.the garage had so many beach chairs and extras. So much room in this house! All the bedrooms are large and comfortable. Even with a lot of people staying, it never felt crowded. Loved it!

Description and pictures were accurate. Great location. House very comfortable and clean. Ginny communicated well and was very responsive. We had a great time and loved all the space in this well equipped house.

The whole family loved this house. There was plenty of space, fully stocked, and great amenities. Everyone loved the golf cart!

More than enough space for 13, on property about half the time during the day and none of the six kids ever said ‘I’m bored’…game room, fire pit, garage gear are all nice pieces! 5-10 minute walk to closest beach was easy, five others within two miles. Space for food prep very good. Cool place, cool town!

The house provided plenty of space for our entire family - 8 adults and 6 young grandchildren. The pinball machine and golf cart were fun additions to the rental. We loved the assortment of beach, outdoor, and indoor games; beach chairs; and childrens books. Overall, a great experience.

Great house, with close proximity to beach. Loved using the 6 person golf cart to get around. House had many amenities that were so well organized. We would have liked it better if the pantry had not been locked, so groceries could have been stored away.

We ventured to Michigan with a total of 15 people, (Nana, Papa, our 4 adult children and their families, including 6 grandchildren ages 1- 1) and this was an amazing place for us! The layout of the property is so well suited to a big group. Great gathering spaces, yet plenty of places to "step away to" when the chaos and fun gets too much for you, or the baby needs a nap! I have never rented a VRBO that was better or more thoughtfully stocked! The kitchen had everything we needed (and we need a lot! lol), and the 2 refrigerators and 2 washing machines were so appreciated! The large space in the pantry allowed us to store food and drink, without a "mess" in the kitchen area. The fire pit and backyard tables, the lawn games, the s'mores roasting sticks and spacious yard area were filled with fun! The bedrooms are well-appointed, with plenty of space to put your things, and the bathrooms were more than adequate! The game room with the big screen tv, plenty of board games and a place for the kids to be noisy on the 3rd floor were incredible...and oh, did the cousins love that bunkbed room! The garage is a haven of wonderful amenities, beach chairs, sand toys, bikes, towel hooks, yard games and so much more, and we loved the golf cart for exploring! South Haven is a sweet town, with lots of things to do that don't cost anything extra...or you can take advantage of really good restaurants and paid outings as well. A great combo for large families with varying interests! We especially loved the donuts at the Golden Brown Bakery (get there fairly early as they run out) and breakfast at Six Chicks Scratch Kitchen was really good! The Bean Box was our favorites for coffees but didn't try many others places (in fairness to the other coffee shops). All in all a wonderful week, with wonderful accommodations! We are happy and grateful!

We were a group of 15 celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary. Ages 6-71. We had a wonderful time. The house was so roomy we never felt like we were on top of each other or crowded. The kids loved the bunk room, the game room, and the golf cart. The chairs and toys for the beach were fantastic. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more! Ginny was so helpful when we asked for recommendations in the area. We really had a great time!

The house was perfect for our team retreat. It’s spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and in a great location. The owners were easy to communicate with and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

This house was absolutely amazing. We were in South Haven for our son’s wedding and it was the perfect house for our entire family. We plan to vacation here in the summer as a family and would love to have this house again.

Our group of 7 friends had a wonderful time here. The house was everything the listing said and more! There was plenty of room for all of us to hang out and celebrate. The pictures don’t do it justice! We all want to come back in the summer and enjoy all the extras provided to enjoy the beach!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was so accommodating and clean. So much room for everyone. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. South Haven is super cute little town. We would love to come back and see the town in the summer. The walk to the beach was fun and the sunset was absolutely beautiful! We took our adult children’s and grand babies. We are excited to go back knowing the house is big enough to grow with us.

Our smallish group of four former college roommates held a milestone reunion for three nights at this house. It’s large enough that we all had separate bedrooms, and if willing to climb to the third floor, bathrooms too. It was clean and well appointed. Coffee pods and ingredients for somemores were left on the island. Unfortunately it rained so we weren’t able to enjoy the fire pit. We all agreed we would be happy to stay there again. The only things we wish would have been present that weren’t were a table lamp in the living room and towel bars or hooks in the master bath. There is ample light in the living room but it comes on full force from ceiling cans and first thing in the morning it would be great to have moderated light. Also, there are hooks in the master closet but that took towels out of the room you most need them. Kudos to the owners for a memorable stay.

The home and location we're absolutely perfect to enjoy rounds at American Dunes, Harbor Shores and Diamond Springs. Ginny was quick to reply to any messages and incredibly easy to work with. The large kitchen and table made for a great breakfast gathering area to start each day. Beyond that, there is so much more to offer that our golf vacation crew never needed. I'd love to return with a multifamily group to take advantage of the easy access to the beach and the kids would love the bunk room setup. The pictures are deceiving... Those beds are really good size! 100% recommend! Great experience!!

The house felt very homey, it had everything we needed, very spacious with plenty of room for everyone, also very modern. Accessible to the beach and short drive to downtown. We had a great time bonding with families n friends, highly recommended.

We loved our stay. The house was brand new, clean, and beautiful with plenty of space for 4 families with young kids. The short walk to the beach was very convenient. We plan to go back again next summer!

We LOVED the house! It has a beautiful & spacious kitchen & dining area that worked perfectly for meals w all our large extended family. Several game/play areas in the home that are well stocked w games and even some toys! Also, the garage had lots of beach gear that came in handy. Enough bedroom & bathroom space for our crew of 16 to function comfortably. Everything was awesome. Hope to stay here again the next time we come to South Haven

A beautiful, newly built home which is extremely well stocked with high quality linens, bikes, tons of plates/glassware for our trip. Photos don’t do it justice!

Accommodations and communication were excellent.

Our experience renting this property was smooth, the owner was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. The house is great for families with kids especially older kids as there are lot of games and puzzles, as well as lots of bunk beds. Beach access was a 5 (10 minute with kids) walk away.

This place was great for our big group reunion and had a very convenient location to enjoy South Haven. Nice, new, very clean house with a great cooking/gathering kitchen. Ginny was an extremely responsive host too! One of the best rental experiences we’ve had.
