I didn’t like anything about the property it was dirty and smelt

the property was not clean cobwebs and rubbish under the counters where there were no kick boards. it smelt awful and the garden was a mess

Location was good

Had to request clear up of garden which was done. Also had to buy light bulbs as no suitable spares in the propery

Good location, near the University and local amenities. Rooms were spacious. Great communication and quick response

Suggestions salt and pepper could be supplied. Cleaning particularly in the bathroom (soap scum, hair in plug holes, crumbs under furniture) We would of loved to use the garden but to overgrown.

Few light bulbs missing

The location was perfect and felt so relaxed my kids and grandkids loved it

Garden was overgrown. Front door lock was flimsy, inner porch door had a broken lock. Grill on cooker barely worked, cobwebs round windows. Gas fire in lounge condemned. House in need of some tlc. TV did not work on BBC or itv.

Beds were comfortable. House was clean. Staff friendly. Was not happy to send a bacs payment for damage deposit but was returned quickly.

Very homely, spacious. Everything needed for a no hassle stay was there. Home decorated and finished to a good standard.
