La ubicación. Nos encantó que estuviera muy cerca del mall a dónde íbamos. Super fácil el acceso y amplio parqueadero.
No hicieron la habitación, la cama estaba igual a cuando salimos ese dia, soloi pusieron papel de baño, shampoo y toallas, eso sí estuvo ok, de ahí en fuero se nos hizo bien

Front desk guy took a picture of my debit card, boogers on wall in the room, room was not very clean. Front desk guy was on the phone with it on speaker and also kept cussing during check in.

My bed was so comfy, I loved the pillows. I liked the breakfast too and my room.Location is excellent, a lot nearby.
I did not like that the room does not have a mirror in the bedroom area to make it easier to get dressed. There is only the bathroom mirror. I also was hoping the shower would have a handheld attachment. this is a need for some disabilities, as I have.

Everything was clean and and the lady the works the kitchen is very warm and welcome very one in. She does her best to make sure u great on it stay..
They young lady that works evenings is very rude and says she don't care how u feel her parents are the owners..

The facility is clean with exceptional staffs. Perfect location close to a mall and several stores.

Dirty, mo cleaning the rooms every day, they make excuses for anything not to clean, in the bathroom I found hair in the sink and dirt in the shower.

They had an obvious issue of bugs so there were dead bugs in the corners of the room. I would highly recommend that the cleaning crew do a better job at cleaning the rooms.

the bed was comfy and the air was cold.
The cleanliness wasn’t up to my liking. Stains were on the sheets. And bathroom needed a deep clean.

It was very clean. I didn't see any holes or marks in the room it was very Spacious no complaints from me. I don't sleep under hotel comforters that's just me.. so I bring my own with all that being said the room was great.

very rude office staff I come here every weekend but this definitely will be my last stay. she was even rude to the booking.com agent

I stayed in room 107 it was roaches in the bathroom and in the bed area plus the A/c was leaking had the room damped the face bowl was draining the water slow
