The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Great shower. Comfortable bed. Night desk girl very good. We’ll lit parking area.

I asked for towels and toilet paper more than 3 times and no one ever brought them so I purchased some for me and my family also our whole week stay not once did we see a house keeper . Upon our arrival their was no condition asked multiple times for condition never received it. Horrible housekeeping . Wonderful front desk employees me and my family will not visit this hotel in the future

Sully and unfriendly front counter person. We only asked very basic questions. His mind seemed to be elsewhere even though we were the only guests checking in at the time. The hair dryer power button was broken my wife could only plug it into the outlet and had it run in high mode. We did not see any value-add in the pre-purchased breakfast voucher. We sorta expected a breakfast buffet style. It turned out we still had to order our breakfast dishes off the bar menu and paid extra for our breakfast. If I pay for my breakfast directly at the counter, it would be less complicated than calculating out what I had to to pay beyond the voucher limit. The worst thing was we brought home bed bugs from our stay at this place. We are a well-travelled couple of middle-aged Asians overseas and States side. This was the first time we got bed bug from a a supposedly name-brand place like Marriott. Hopefully, it was just an isolated case of local management incompetence and not an indicator of enterprise-wide performance deterioration.

Very clean, the staff was very professional and nice. The little restaurant and bar was a great touch was so nice to have a bar to enjoy a drink after a long drive. The pool and patio outside area was beautiful!

Location was good. We were attending a wedding in Katy. Room spacious, good layout. Quiet and comfortable. Staff at check in accommodating. Asked to be away from the elevator at end of transaction and this was done with no problem.

Would like to get good brewed coffee at the hotel without paying Starbuck's prices. The option to buy coffee/meals/drinks is provided on main floor but all were a little pricey. However, I was not looking for food or happy hour, just a coffee station with better coffee than what you can make in your room. Also, the catalytic converter was stolen from our vehicle during the night. I do not blame that on hotel as it is a big problem right now. And, we parked away from the front door. But, we did learn there are no cameras at hotel so feel this should be mentioned.

Everything was spotless, and the staff was very friendly. Shopping and dining are within walking distance.
