the parking situation. it was difficult to find the location then to find somewhere to park to run in and get the fob for the carpark. then trying to figure out where to go to return the key to the room after coming out of the sky garden section of the car park

a lot of mucking around with key facilities with only one key and having to remove car and then replacing key back into room , should be something a little easier ? room was nice but could remove all the cleaning stuff on balcony bit of an eyesore . besides that nice stay 😃

only one key and looking at all the cleaning stuff on balcony looked not professional . need a cupboard for that stuff to make it look tidy .

Good facilities, great view, relatively seamless checkin and check out. Great location in the Glen right near all the great food options.

We enjoyed the swimming pool a lot.

Great location near Glen Waverly train station and beside a shopping centre for easy access to food and shopping. Nice facilities with a pool, gym and sauna. Very accommodating hosts as well dealing with late check in and helping with thorough directions.

Beds were pretty hard and had clean but very well used sheets on them. The in room dryer hadn't had the lint filter cleaned out in what seemed like weeks, I had to empty it myself before using the dryer.

Property was nice and clean. Well equipped kitchen but we didn't use it as there were so many dining options nearby. Very good and convenient location for dining and shopping with many options nearby. Check in and check out was easy. We were very happy to be given a complimentary secure underground car parking. Highly recommended.

it was a bit dirty (dishes left oily, sofa had crumbs in it) there was a horrible smell throughout the building and elevator, car park and pool area (rotten fish smell) the pool area was very loud, (indoor) lots of kids, couldn’t escape the smell couldn’t sit out in the balcony, huge ac vent blowing out hot air and was very loud. didn’t realise it wasn’t a hotel, but an apartment building. parking only for one car, difficult to find parking close to apartment

-location was fantastic -very nice views from lounge room -fixtures in bathroom and kitchen were really pretty - so many cooking utensils (but why bother, there’s so many restaurants available nearby) -pool was nice -dryer to dry towels -balcony -hair dryer was good quality.

-the beds where so hard -set of towels for use of the pool. We were only supplied one small bath towel each. -crumbs on the kitchen bench when we arrived and some wet face washers left in the dryer. also the light switches in the bathrooms where dirty. More detail to cleanliness would be nice. -would be amazing if there was a couch in the lounge not a hard fouton. -only one tv in the lounge room. -parking

Got locked out of room for 7 hours no concierge no emergency contact that answers a residential building being rented as a luxury hotel .

No emergency contact the answers the check in process and check out is long and exhausting

Great location and facilities. So convenient with the Glen being underneath. Kids loved the indoor heated pool. Great correspondence and advice from Albert and Kylie.
