This condo has good potential but so much needs updating. We had maintenance replace the shower head the first day---there was 1 tiny stream of water. The kitchen tools need a review. Most are rusty, broken or just plain old. Glasses and plates are chipped. Pillows are just awful and closet in the bedroom is unusable with so many linens piled in and no coat hangers. The furniture is not bad, fireplace and TV work great. Kitchen cabinets would function so much better with handle pulls. These are all knit-picky items, but these little fixes could make a world of difference and turn this into a 5 star property. Location is great. No one ever cleared the parking lot so it remained icy and treacherous the whole stay. Again...such a simple fix! Love Copper Mountain!

Great location. Short walk to and from lift. Well stocked condo. Could use ski storage? Maybe there was some somewhere? Check out/in is not very convienient. Hot tub could use an update. Loved skiing Copper. Will return next year.

Plenty of room for relaxation and good sleep for the three of us. Kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Friendly building and easy access to Super Bee.

This unit is well situated for walking access to Super Bee lift. The furniture is a little dated, but everything was comfortable and functional. It was all good.

The unit itself was okay, reasonably clean and kitchen had essentials and more. Decor is quite dated and even tho it seemed mostly clean, the upholstered couch/chairs were not so much. Water pressure in shower was great. Proximity to slopes was great. Management via Vacasa was AWFUL. Very unresponsive, issue with parking pass not being in unit, unknown assigned parking spot, and could not get intelligent response/resolution without texting multiple times, then calling, then asking for supervisor bc issue not resolved. Issue with exiting garage once able to park, and no keypad that management kept repeating should be on inside as well as outside. Again no satisfactory response/resolution, ran into someone in the hallway and asked, and there is a rope to tug on that triggers garage to open from inside. These were relatively minor issues, but our car had to be parked outside instead of inside of garage first night, and car was cold and snow covered. Would be a nightmare if had a serious problem and had to deal with Vacasa. Would avoid this place primarily due to poor management.

Disappointing stay. I paid for/expected a full kitchen and needed freezer. The non-functioning fridge was still in the unit with a tiny dorm refrigerator on the ground next to it. The dorm fridge was awfully dirty. Requested help/to move units and was told local staff would be assisting and that I would hear back with an update. I never heard back for the entire three day stay. Poor costumer service, and I did not receive what I paid for. Dirty carpets even for dog friendly unit. Will avoid in the future.

Great condo, clean and comfy.

Upon check-in there were only 2 tiny rolls of toilet paper, no facial tissues for 3 adults staying 4 nights. Told by Vacasa that if we need more to bring some extra, WHAT! If you plan to cook in this unit you will need to pack kitchen towels and pot holders they are not provided. Beware of walking into the threshold of the bedroom the carpet is so worn the tack strip will stab your toe. Be sure to also bring band aids. Great location.

Super easy access, right across the hall when coming in from the parking lot entrance. Dog friendly-yay!

Clean kitchen, dining and bathroom. Stains on the carpet both in the living room and bedroom (need deep cleaned or replaced). The shower can use a handle close to the. The drier outlet looked to be dumping in bucket inside the house and not to the outside(Health hazard?). Otherwise the furniture can be upgraded with new covers. Overall nice place to stay. The place can accomodate 6 people.

I enjoyed the location and the place made you feel right at home! It was definitely home away from home!

The main area of the house is nice for ~ up to 4 people. More would be very cramped. The beds and pillows are incredibly uncomfortable. Vacasa itself also did a poor job with support. I went through the app and tried to contact them multiple times about missing parking passes and use of the ski locker. We were there for a 4 night stay, I texted them on the first night - Thursday, and still never heard back by the time we checked out Monday morning. Horrible service by vacasa.

Great condo within walking distance of the super bee lift and East village at Copper Mtn. Well appointed condo with an in unit washer/ dryer. It would have been nice to know the height of the parking garage since we weren't sure our car with box would make it into the garage. It was a disappointment that we couldn't use the grill and hot tub right outside the condo since the key to the unit did not work for the door to them. Calls to VACASA were made with no followup. The carpet could do with a more frequent cleaning after some pet owners haven't been responsible.

Location was great convenient to intermediate lifts and bus to access beginner slopes. Dog friendly. Suggest they replace carpet (lots of stains) with composite floor tile and area rugs. Needs larger coffee maker. Repairs needed to pealing paint also. Check dishwasher because some dishes did not come out clean. Found a few dishes in cupboard which had film on them. Management, VACASA, responsive but could do a better job inspecting after cleaning. Overall good for our purpose.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it won’t be the last. We love the homey feel. If has all necessary kitchen supplies, is well stocked with paper towels, TP, dish soap. Great location and beautiful view from balcony. Can’t wait to come again!

Awesome! Quiet and perfect location! Golf course is awesome

We loved our stay and have already booked again! This place has everything you need (except salt and pepper😂) Plenty of towels, Linens, soaps! All of the cooking supplies you need. A perfect balcony overlooking the golf course with evergreens and mountains in the background. We loved sitting on the sofa and relaxing every night. Can’t wait to stay again!!

Spent a month here and simply had the best time. Everything I needed was provided. Great location.

TV does not work, no remote. Vacassa management was not been able to reach, called several times, but no response. There's still dog hair on the couch. The sheets were not changed. IT WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Overall enjoyed this condo! It is in a great location in East Village with the golf course just out back and easy access to Center Village (able to walk in the summer). It is an older condo building but was clean and felt cozy. This condo is just across the hall from the deck with a shared hot tub and grill, and there is a sauna just two doors down, both of which were great! It is a bit of a cozy fit for a family with all the beds in one room (a king bed and a bunk bed with a double bed on bottom). There is a pull out couch in the living room that is ok with the mattress topper provided. The kitchen was well stocked from a dishes standpoint but did not have any basic supplies such as salt/pepper, spices or oil so make sure to bring anything needed for cooking. Be aware that the staircase in the pictures leads to a locked area that isn't for use of renters - the pictures were a little deceiving in making it look like there was more space upstairs. Was very glad to be able to bring our dogs with us and the place was very clean without any evidence of previous pets being there.

Perfect for a quick weekend away. Had everything we needed, clean and good location. Beds were a little stiff, but overall fine.

This condo was a perfect location for walking to the Super Bee life on the intermediate side of the mountain. Nice big kitchen for making your own meals and a spot in the garage to keep your car warm! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Chill village, good snow, dog-friendly, and close to the slopes. Perfect for our family!
