Clean and tidy

Parking is a joke. Obviously ongoing issue with laminated notes on the desk about where not to park. Have to download an app to park next door. It would take little effort to affiliate with car park. The room was tidy put just cheap touches like combined body wash/ shampoo ( prison wash) and an aircon that you can’t adjust temp.

It was a comfortable stay, good value for money. 22 mins away from town

Really limited car parking spaces for hotel guests. There is a paid parking behind the hotel for $10 a night, a bit inconvenient. Wished they had more car park spaces available

A lot of noise from the hallway travels into the rooms. More free parking would be nice

The team are so helpful and friendly. The hotel is lovely- everything you need.

Handy to Wanaka, arrowtown and queenstown. Close to two great shopping centres without having to go to queenstown.

Totally inadequate parking for the size of the hotel. Was forced to pay $10 a day for across the road. It’s a bit of a have.

The room was amazing and had so much more than what we thought it would have! It was incredibly clean and cozy. A lady on reception (not sure of her name but possibly in her 40s) was really super helpful and accommodated us so well. She gave us great advice about Queenstown.

The bond took a while to be returned and when I called up to ask about it, the person on reception was rather condescending. In saying that, I think the staff are stressed as there are too many customers for the number of staff working there. I think the hotel needs to hire more people to be honest.

Very friendly staff. Good that there was a little shop with coffee.

Location was a little far away from city but not a big deal.

the cleaning can be more throughout and detailed, as the hair are still on the bathroom floor and there was “unknown” underwear in the washing machine in the bathroom when we checked in which is disgusting. However, I didn’t call for housekeeping as my baby needs sleeping at that time.

Comfortable bed, excellent shower, good quiet aircon, satellite tv channels, helpful staff

No bedside lamps, no desk and chair, had to download data harvesting app to phone to use overflow car park.

Amazing view under The Remarkables although not close to public transport although staff made some great recommendations for Uber and Taxi Services. Extremely friendly staff who have fantastic local recommendations - always a welcome smile every morning and quick to attend to any needs of required- stand out! Room was clean, neat and tidy with washing machine and drier along with small kitchen

Rooms were not very sound proof- I was located on the 3rd floor and could hear everyone in the hall and other rooms despite bed being away from the entrance to the room.

Great customer service from front of house receptionists upon check in. Explained all things required & necessary information to make our stay more enjoyable. Adequate rooms equipped with everything needed for a weeks stay. Views are amazing.

Loved everything about this property itself. It is situated out of the city centre so keep in mind own transport / public transportation is a must if wanting anything other than the grocers. House keeping was quite disappointing.

新規開業したホテルなので、何もかも新しく期待以上に快適でした。マウンテンビューではなくても、外に出ると正面に2700m級のリマーカブル山脈が見えます。ホテルの周りに建物がなく非常に開放的。日中の散歩に最適なカワラウ川沿いにトレイルもあり、ホテルから徒歩３分。早朝はカルガモがのんびりしてるし、そこだけでNZの自然が味わえます。場所は、リマーカブル・ショッピング・モール横にあるので、レストランも数十軒あり、大型スーパーもあるので、ミニキッチン付きの部屋だったので、毎日料理できた。夜22時まで開いてるので助かった。部屋に関しては、1-2人だったら十分。食事をする大きめのテーブルもあるし、キッチンには電子レンジ、食器洗浄機、冷蔵庫、IHクッキングヒーター、食器、鍋や塩・胡椒まで完備。調理をするには何も不自由を感じません。ベッドは少し高さがあるので、腰の悪い私には最適でした。もちろんベッドも快眠できるものでした。シャワーだけですが、浴室に洗濯乾燥機もあった（ホテルルームにはない）。空港からはタクシーに乗らないで、市バスに乗った方が安上がり。1番バスに乗って、次の停留所(Red Oaks Drive)で降りて、緩やかな直線の下り坂を10分歩くとホテルが左手に見えてきます。市バスに関しては、数日滞在するなら、Beeと呼ばれる黄色い電子カードを５ドルで購入して、チャージすると一回一人2ドルで乗車できます。この電子カードがないと5-6ドル取られます。家族で利用するなら、家族分全員のカードは不要で、１枚で全員分決済できます。ただし全員同一利用に限る。乗車時に機器にタッチして、降車時もタッチしないと、倍の料金を取られるのでご注意を。空港から歩こうと思えば歩けますが徒歩30分くらいかかります。大型スーパーのNew Worldまでは、ホテルから徒歩15分です。市バスでクイーンズタウン市街地へも行けます。ここのホテルはロケーションがとても良いと感じた。フロントスタッフもとてもフレンドリーでした。館内にレストランはなく、フロント前に小さなコンビニがありました。近くにあるヒルトンやダブルツリーホテルよりも眺望がよくロケーションも良いのでお勧めです。両ホテルを利用した者としての意見です。

Great view of the Remarkables

My bathroom door was faulty and locked itself around midnight. Stuck for options as front desk not staffed and answer phone left me in a holding loop for 15 minutes Luckily someone answered when I rang a second time and house manager came down to fix.

This was a one night booking after our flight was cancelled

Very expensive. Far too expensive for what was provided.

Good value for star rating and close to airport

The little shop is well stocked but would be nice if there was a bar with snacks and drinks
