1.The code box was there and easy to use and meant we could arrive whenever it suited us. 2.The house was very clean and tidy. 3.The area of Hyams beach is beautiful with amazing white sand. 4.The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and condiments etc. 5.It was a great stay and the people of the village are very friendly and willing to help.

1. It would be very beneficial to install some IXL lights and fan in the bathrooms. It was incredibly cold in them and because there is no exhaust fan the moisture from hot showers fell to the floor making the tiles wet slippery. We had elderly guests that could have slipped. 2. A draft stopper on the back door for winter guests. It was a very windy and cold weekend. 3. There was gas leaking from the heater in the lounge room but only when it was on.
