Lo que más nos gustó de este bonito hotel fueron las vistas desde la bañera. Además, el pueblo de Plentzia nos encantó.
No nos gustó que la recepción se cerrara a las 23:00.

The only staff member we encountered was very freindly and efficient and made us feel very welcome. The location was really central and close to restaurants and bars with a wonderful view right outside the door. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was simple but very tasty and served in a wonderful setting.
Given the very high price, I was expecting a lot more from this hotel. It is clearly more focused on the restaurant and the smell from the kitchen is present throughout. The rooms and beds are comfortable, but the television is oddly placed and really can't be watched (not really important to us but it did seem odd). The bathroom was very uncomfortable with the toilet placed in a corner too close to the wall. The shower is in a large tub, but there is no plug to allow for baths. However, it is not designed as a shower and the makeshift ring that is used to hold the curtain does not close completely and it is impossible to shower without partially flooding the bathroom.
Given the extreme price of a 150€ per night I was expecting a great deal more. If it had been less than 70 I would not have left with the same disappointment, but this is not a luxury hotel and the price is not appropriate.

The Manager Alex was particularly helpful and appears to be on site & cheerful 24 hours a day. Breakfast s and dinner fabulous. Perfect location.

Lovely hotel with excellent service (from the ever-attentive Alex). Great location on the harbour.

Not a didn't like just a warning, we went for food in the town at 5.30pm and nobody was serving food.
Alex was very helpful if we needed it he would go out of his way to help us. Thank you.

Great location. Dinner at hotel highly recommended. Don't forget to ask for the "tortilla de patata a la brasa", one of the best we have ever tried. Breakfast at hotel is somewhat expensive but we could make to have a coffee with toasts and natural orange juice for a better prize.
Bathrooms with baths without curtains... which means water spilled everywhere if you have a shower.

Rooms are spacious and beds are excellent. The service attendant is always available for help and advice. Heads up for working almost day & night.
the "more elaborate" restaurant is absolutely overpriced for what you get. Go into town and get some pintxos. You will have eaten enough and excellently for 10 €.
No real shower in the rooms. There's a huge bath, but it that takes ages and unreasonably lots of water.
We had quite some street noise during the evening & the night. Bring some ear plugs if you want to sleep.
