La habitación y baño estaba muy bonita decorada. El colchón súper cómodo

Que la habitación en realidad fuera un apartamento. El bar tiene una excelente barra de pintxos, raciones... Etc.
No me gustó que de pronto, uno de los camareros saliera a decirme que no podía estar toda la tarde sentada en la mesita-terraza que tienen ubicada en la puerta del hotel consumiendo y fumando. Primero, no hemos estado toda la tarde de continuo. La razón por la qué bajábamos ahí a fumar, es porque en la habitación está prohibido, y como llovía, sacábamos algo en el bar. Y que me cuenten que es por imagen, no me parece. La lectura que yo le doy, es porque en una de las veces, aparecieron dos señores por recepción (clientes habituales, amigos de.... Me da igual) con intención de sentarse ahí, y al verme se dirigieron con familiaridad a la persona que estaba tras el mostrador. La casualidad quiso, que como una hora más tarde, volvimos a bajar y esos dos señores volvieron a pasar la copa en mano... Uno de ellos dijo bien alto: "pero que está pasando aquí" y en cuestión de unos minutos salió el empleado a llamarnos la atención. Y que cosa, que nada más pegar el último trago y abandonar la mesa, salen estos dos..... ¿Que lectura queréis que haga?

The hotel was lovely, very clean and it looked like it was recently renovated. Staff were really nice and friendly. The town was a really nice old town (Plentzia) approx 30 minutes by metro from Bilbao, lovely beach and spotlessly clean.
Not a lot of people in the area have English. Also, restaurants in Plentzia close early (4pm) mid week. So ate at hotel or in Bilbao a lot of the time. Tried to get lunch at 12.30 pm on the Saturday and all restaurants were booked out. So it was hard to know when was a good time to go looking for food. The only criticism I have of the hotel is they could provide guests with some information about pubs and restaurants in the area.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, Metro und Strand nicht weit weg. Kurze Wege überall hin. Da hat man keinen Stress mit organisieren wann wo hin. Organisation im Haus ist Top.
Die Sauberkeit vor allem im Bad mangelhaft. WLAN funktionierte nicht immer!

We enjoyed to stay with very kind and friendly staffs. Everyone worked so hard that made us feel welcomed so much. We will return to see them.

Stayed in room 205 for a whole week. Room with river view and bathtub. Lift that connects to the street. Supermarket one block away. Restaurant/bar in the premises. Huge TV. Noise isolation from the street is very good.
No satellite TV. No bathrobe. Lots of dust on the floor and other surfaces. A/C did not work in my room nor my friend's room and it was very needed when days were sunny (although fans were provided). Cleaning could be better, bathtub was not as clean as it should be. Treatment at the bar one night was not very professional.

Location is superb, the rooms are beautifully decorated and the staff are so friendly. This was our third visit to Plentzia and third stay here. The restaurant is excellent and the bar/terrace areas are the loveliest places to relax

We were just looking for a place to stay close to the airport before flying home after a road trip around Basque country - and found this little gem of a hotel.
The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern and central. The staff were fantastic -so pleasant, helpful and attentive. We had dinner there twice - food & service were excellent on both occasions.
Nice promenade and beach in Plentzia and a good base to explore surrounding area. Also train/metro stop for Bilbao is close to hotel.
There is no parking at the hotel but there are car parks nearby (it was quite busy on the day we arrived but this was due to a local festival). Staff advised us where to find parking 👍

The location was excellent very close to supermarket and to the beach. The employees were very VEEERY opened to help us with anything at all... From special requests to simple plastic bags. Always with plenty of smiles and great energy... Outstanding is the word.
My room's AC was not working... And with 35 to 39 degrees temperature outside this is a must... Specially with the price paid

didn’t have a good welcome. staff very busy with lunch service. as a hotel guest paying premium rates did not feel welcome or valued. very anonymous experience. but if you don’t mind that, the room and location was good
