Breakfast was incredible- they looked after our child so well.

rooms were cold and had no windows, so we’re quite dark. Breakfast starting at 8:00am was too late for me because I often needed to depart by 8am for my conference; breakfast food was ok but not outstanding

Scrambled eggs, Chilaquiles, fruit, granola with yogurt, papaya jam, beans, coffee:; every thing tasted fresh, hot where it needed to be so. It is walking distance close to both local mercados , the Great Pyramid at Cholula is also walking distance close , ( even for 2 age 55+ not exactly athletic folks) . Cerveceria Cholula is also close by. The Thunder and Lightning GODS come around often in the early evening so be prepared for that!

Maybe some Cafe de Olla but to be fair, we never asked for it so not sure if it was even on the menu.. NOTHING that we had that we didn't like.

Location was perfect we come to Cholula every 4 months for medical meetings. This was the first time staying at Casa Eva. We will be staying here from now on

The mix between old and modern.

1. The room was TOO hot and the 2 fans we had were not enough to cool the room down. 2. There was not a little refrigerator to keep cold beverages. 3. There was ONLY one small mirror in the whole room. Very difficult for 2 people to try to get ready at the same time! 4. The closet was too small with an uncomfortable way to hang clothes. 5. No shelves for your clothes, you need to keep them in the suitcase.

Small hotel in good location in the center of Cholula, new facility, clean, nice ambiente, very friendly staff, valet parking, overall a good choice.

A hair brush dryer could be included in the facilities.

Really really nice. The place, the rooms, the facilities and equipment (that's rare in mexico), the staff. Just wonderful ! So much better than the average (and generally disappointing) 'boutique' hotel level in Mexico. A really nice place, run smartly and professionaly.

Wifi could be better.

The facility provided parking at no charge. They picked up our laundry at the laundry center down the street for us because they were going to close before we were getting back. They helped us with logging on to netflix. The TV was a super size. The staff was very helpful in every way they could be.

The breakfast is so so. There were not many guests when we were there. We didn't go after the first day. There were no hooks to hang our towels on in the bathroom. Some of the rooms are cave like with no exterior windows.

the in room tub of this particular room was very nice and enjoyable. the rooms are spacious , everything about the rooms and the facility are beautiful old world design and construction. quiet , comfortable , peaceful , clean , old world elegance , beautiful , a place to rest. it's a great value at this price point. I stay here whenever we come back to Cholula , and each year things are better than the previous year at this facility. the staff are wonderful hard working people who are attentive to the smallest of details , just impecable service.

there is absolutely nothing negative to be said about the place.

everything about the place is exactly as it should be , wonderful Old World Spaniard / Mexican Hacienda / resistance. the upkeep and renovations are very well done. a beautiful place in downtown. extremely comfortable place to not just sleep , but relax and get some rest. the price per night is well justified and a great value for the facility. the staff are absolutely some of the best folks I've ever experienced anywhere in the world. if you stay here , for sure you will come back to enjoy the place on a regular basis as I have over the years when staying in Cholula , Puebla Mexico. the heated pool was enjoyable.
