The location is very good, right in the city center.

The bathroom is small.

Location was great. Kids enjoyed the pool. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were alright, light, modern and clean.

Wifi worked only for a couple of hours during our stay, when it worked it was very slow. The ceiling fan was broken in one room and staff did not offer a floor fan instead. We asked reception for the remote control and they said they would bring it up but never did. The restaurant food looked very nice in the menu, but was much simpler and less attractive when order (for example "waffles frutales con frutos rojos" without any fruit)

The location was good, it was in the Centro.

Well the bathrooms were very small, The water usted get stock every time we took a shower. The beds were very hard... and the doors were kind of insecure. I can't tell you about any other services, because I only used the things I mentioned.

No parking (parking costs $100 more per day in a nearby parking lot) No natural light Noisy (water pump right above the room)

Staff at the front desk was super helpful and very nice. I asked for fruit, bread and coffee. The coffee had no coffee in it, bland as tuna sandwiches in a hospital. Location is convenient, I slept warm and comfortable and room was clean. I would recommend.

Coffee sucked and the restaurant staff wasn't very helpful.

I like the area where this hotel is located

Parking is not included and it's limited. Rooms are cold and don't have heating. Shower was cold at night and morning, when I called staff they did not believe I had no hot water running, deleyad my plans for about 1 hour and half only to find out there was a problem with the water heater. At check out I asked to see the manager and got denied and then I was expecting for a simple apology for the bad service, the receptionist even DENIED for an apology even when I asked asked for saying "it's what it is". These people who manages this property don't know how to run a successful hotel and certainly do not pass this to their employees.

Rooms are very Old,is not what you see on the internet So I give to the Hotel 2 stars.

The pool and the bed

No wifi, no tv, no hot water, smells bad in bathroom

The breakfast was yummy. Fresh fruit, breads, omelette with veggies, good coffee. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, right next to everything.

The location is great and the breakfast buffet is delicious! Good rate for the location and the pool.

Bathroom was small and didn’t provide all toiletries.

I always travel for work and I specifically asked for good WiFi to continue working, they had horrible wifi I even sat at the lobby wifi was horrible I had to use my data. I found 3 spiders near my bed, the phone line to reception was cut I've stayed there before but this time was just not good. Definitely changing hotel.
