Captiva Charm was everything we hoped for and more! Immaculate, updated "old school" beach house in a prime location. Inviting beach decor inside, nice beds and bedding, all the amenities a family needs. We especially loved the comfortable outdoor seating for morning and evening meals and drinks, star gazing and conversation. The property has gorgeous landscaping and the view is fantastic. You can tell the owners and managers really care to make sure everything is perfect. Great communication. Cannot wait to return!

Captiva Charm is the perfect description for this beautiful property! Our family enjoyed being so close to the beach, sunsets on the deck, and the hot tub after the beach! The furnishings and decor were outstanding and the beds were super comfy! Got a chance to meet the owner, Michelle! She was so kind and helpful! A big thanks to her for sharing your home with us! I would like to thank the owner Michelle for her generosity allowing us to use the pool and outdoor amenities of the main home. We enjoyed the ice machine, extra umbrellas, pingpong, and early sunrise on the dock. There is so much wildlife to observe on the inland water. Truly special. Everyone we had contact with was a pleasure.

This is a charming beach home, squeaky clean and well-maintained! We watched the sunset every night from the house or beachfront. Communication from the property manager was excellent and we had absolutely no issues or hiccups. Highly recommend, will be back!

The name for this home is perfectly suited - truly a "charming" rental experience. I love the private feel of the home and beach area, all while being minutes away from the best shops and restaurants on the island! Dream Vacation Rentals clearly takes pride in providing a top-tier experience for their guests. Their homes are always equipped with everything needed to fully enjoy our stay, not to mention beautiful interiors and comfortable beds. The staff always shows great attention to detail and customer service. Definitely coming back!

This location was absolutely beautiful and perfect for my family! We had a wonderful time with just a walk across the street to a private beach spot. The house was exactly as it looked in the photos and so clean! I loved the look of the inside. The patio was spacious and the hot tub a very nice relaxing end to a long day of fun activities! The owner, Michele, was wonderful and so helpful. Making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! I looked forward to another stay at Captiva Charm!

The property is beautiful. I was raised in Miami and the house reminds me of old FL. I live in Naples FL now and I support the Everglades preservation. My son and his family loved the house too. It was very comfortable, clean and charming. It was a perfect fit for us. I hope to rent it again sometime. I didn’t need anything after I made the reservation. So all I can say is that I had no problem with that.

Nice place. Easy access to the gulf side beach, no access to the bay side. House was nicely decorated. Would be perfect for two couples since it has separate building with queen with bathroom. It was clean, looked like there were plenty of beach toys available, outdoor shower was nice, hot tub was very relaxing. The biggest disappointment was the kitchen. We have stayed another rentals where you felt like you were staying in someone’s house. Stocked with oil, a small amount of flour, sugar, everything you could possibly need to bake or cook with, etc. This house had nothing. No salt and pepper to be found. (Possibly a change after covid? Just wish i would have known beforehand.) The biggest problem was that the oven didn’t work at all. For a family of 5, a lot of meal planning went into the week. It’s just too expensive to keep going out. They sent a handyman out to see if the oven was an easy fix, he was not able to fix it. After that no one came out. We were told we would be reimbursed a small amount. Two weeks later, we still have not yet seen it. Fortunately the gas grill was very nice and clean. The house was nice, but we won’t be using vrbo again. We planned on paying around $3500 for the week. The total with all of the additional fees was $5000. $1500 in additional fees is ridiculous.

This property was positively perfect for our family of 5 plus a grandparent. It was clean and the owner put a lot of thought into providing little extras like extra fans, beach cart, chairs and umbrellas, etc. We loved it. The owner was amazing and generous.

Can’t say enough! Beautiful property, not far at all from restaurants & shopping. Easy to get to, beautiful views & cottage couldn’t have been more perfect!! Highly recommend staying here you won’t regret it!
