Lovely setting and great pool. Hotel grounds and gardens beautiful. Staff all very nice. Beds very comfortable, liked coffee machine and some pods.

Room was a little tired, old decor/ cushions etc, could do with updating.

Great location, spacious apartments, pools both amazing. Perfect for the toddler to have the access to the lagoon pool right out our balcony gate (3313/3314). Pool bar great. Will definitely come again.

Bit odd that can’t access any resort services as a private booking. Yet the booking not quite treated like it was a private air bnb type of thing eg would suggest have more basic kitchen items and condiments available so every guest isn’t having to buy all the basics for a short stay. The resort itself also doesn’t have that much in the way of restaurant etc it’s minimal.

We absolutely loved this resort! The apartment was plenty big enough for our family and in the best spot right near the pool. We loved the patio with a bbq and spa. Will definitely be back.

amazing pool, apartment had everything you need for holiday. nice balcony and great holiday vibes. seperate dryer and washing machine was so useful!

location (close to the beach, restaurants, cafes etc) facilities ie pool

although position was great the apartment was tired and needed to be refurbished. I stayed at the beach club in 2005 and the furniture was exactly the same. nothing had been updated or changed. whilst everything was clean it had a stale smell. also would have been nice if there was a bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival.

lack of lifts. It was very difficult lugging our luggage up 3 flights of stairs.

The location was excellent, and the apartment comfortably furnished.

Looking over the pool can get a little noisy.
