Bird life, amazing facility, clean.

Pool was not heated, shelf collapsed in the kitchen leaving us with broken crockery, long distance from vehicle to house and loud pool motor disturbing sleep.

The house and location was amazing

Lots of issues- no hot water on one side of the house in freezing temperatures. ( so I didn’t have a hot shower once in my stay at premium presidential villa!) Specifically requested 2 rms have single beds, but only one rm did so we were eventually accommodated by putting in a blow up mattress for the person ( but very cold and had to ask repeatedly for additional blanket Servicing of villa only happened at lunch time after we returned from game drive! But on day of departure, they were there at 9:30 . Also villas poorly serviced during stay The pool was hot the first day, the second day was freezo cold- called them and they sorted but it only warmed again by the time we were leaving Lights and gas braai were not working- had to call maintenance to fix ( which they did the next day) At premium prices, teas and coffees were only complimentary once off on arrival

the price in my opinion is a little steep. even though it was really enjoyable

The house was in immaculate condition and was very well equipped. From ice maker to good quality whisky glasses- it was all there. Great layout as well, so I would highly recommend this property.

The only thing that I could fault would be that the boma area should have a wind stop as it gets very cold out there in winter. The gas fireplace does not provide enough heat for really cold nights.

I loved relaxing at the Villa and enjoying the facilities and view.

plumbing maintenance was a disgrace. 3 callouts to repair a leaking toilet and i each case the workmanship was totally inadequate and failed to rectify the problem. We also had to remind housekeeping late in the day that the Villa was occupied to get it serviced as at that stage it was clear that we had been overlooked.

Villa 14 is amazing. Super spacious with 4 huge en suites. Private heated pool. Interiors amazing. The villa had everything and more. Highly recommended

Reception was so disinterested when we collected keys and gave us no information about anything at all. We found out as we were leaving that if you stay at bakubang you get unlimited multiple day entry to self drive at the park if you present your booking confirmation at the park entry! My handbag was stolen when we visited the local supermarket (spa). It's self catering so buy all your groceries before coming to avoid the local dangerous shops. Or use the restaurant for food. We thought the food was fantastic.

Beautiful villa, exceptional views. Fully stocked with everything you need. Gas braai, cutlery, crockery, cleaning equipment etc. Very tastefully decorated. Heated pool

Pool was very sandy on the bottom, bathroom lights in main bedroom did not work. Aircon in main bedroom did not work properly and did not cool down the room. Room had a musty odor.
