Location, patio, and amenities are the best!

This penthouse was incredible! We stay at the Hacienda multiple times per year and this was one of our top places!! Clint and Julie provided excellent service!

To begin, Julie is outstanding. Everyone should have a Julie in their life. From stocking the fridge prior to arrival to decorating for our mom's 70th birthday to the recommendation of Daniel (the personal chef) to a last minute booking of massages - Julie is why our stay was flawless. She is a gem. Then there is the location and the accommodations. Who wouldn't want an entire floor to yourself with no neighbors beside or on top of your head. The views were stunning, the sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking and the place itself is spectacular. The only negative was the money I lost on the game "Guess The Cruise Ship" we played each afternoon from the balcony as the ships came to port :) (I blame the Happy Hour cocktails). It was a trip of a lifetime with magical memories and an abundance of fun! See you again in July!

Everything was great! Kings view worked really well with a handicap person.. Rent a scooter and the ramps, elevators, and marina was very easy.. it would be nice if the hacienda restaurant would separate tickets.. Housekeeping and everything was well stocked. Some throws for the cooler weather would be nice. Overall our experience was great!!

The perfect place to stay when visiting Cabo San Lucas. Convenient to restaurants, bars, shopping and the best views in Cabo! We'll be back.

Our family of 11 (including adults and teenagers) recently stayed a week in the Kings View, building five, at the Hacienda Beach Club. Kings View is very spacious and easily accommodated our group. The front terrace was the place to relax and provided a clear vista of all the activities occurring in and around the bay. Most of our time was spent on property, either at the pool or on the beach, with very attentive service from the bar and restaurant servers, as well as the staff who set up beach chairs, umbrellas and arranged for the use of paddle boards, snorkel equipment, etc. A shout out to Julie Yamal of Hacienda Premier Properties for arranging the pre-stocking grocery service and arranging our arrival meet and greet package. Julie was always on hand to answer any questions we had. A very enjoyable stay for our family group. We were sad it had to end.

Beautiful views from each of the condo’s 4 bedroom balconies, the main living room terrace, as well as the wraparound back porch looking out to los Cabos. The beach club team is welcoming, friendly, responsive, and goes out of their way to provide an exceptional experience for all guests. La Hacienda Cocina y Cantina on-site are a definite 5 star experience at fair prices. The condo has a lovely open kitchen and living room with telescoping sliders to the large primary deck / outdoor dining setting. The space is cohesive and fit to suit any accommodation and entertain large groups. Our group enjoyed the privacy in all four suite style rooms, as well as the tailored decor which reflects local culture and styles mixed a modern touch. This condo is as fit to spend an entire week in, escaping from the sun, as it is a home base for a pool, beach, and activity-filled trip. Combined with in house laundry, a fully stocked kitchen, and groceries upon arrival, this place is a must stay. Oh, and again the beach club staff are outstanding; keep an eye out for Nelson and crew taking food and drink orders poolside, say hi to Manny, on your way out, take good care of Manuel and crew in the restaurant (they will of you either way), and smile each time you hear “Buenos dias” walking into the beach club on your way down from the premiere fitness center with a smoothie from the wellness bar at the spa. 10/10, will come back!

We really enjoyed are stay at the Kings View. The property more than met our expectations and Julie and the staff were so helpful. Perfect location, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

This was our third time renting this penthouse residence with our family. As the same as our two previous experiences here, it doesn’t get any better than this specific unit. Views, layout and furnishings are amazing with five star service. Food offered on the property is fantastic whether at the pool or restaurant, room service is also available to be able to enjoy the large outdoor patio area with unobstructed views of the bay. This trip we had high school and college aged adults with us that usually decided to stay on the property since they offer everything and no reason to leave. Can’t wait to go back!

The property and villa was perfect in every way. Best view in Cabo San Lucas. Will definitely return and stay in the King’s View.

Had a perfect time in the perfect place! Beautiful property with incredible people who were over the top responsive & willing to make your stay fabulous! The pictures of the room do not do it justice & the views are nothing short of spectacular! The Villa itself is super spacious and perfectly located to the pool, gym, spa, & resort restaurants. Our party of eight had plenty of room in both shared areas and private spaces. The kitchen was well appointed, supplied with all you need to prepare meals or for private chef to pamper you. (They can also pre-shop for you upon request so you have groceries upon arrival.) The marina is within walking distance with local restaurants, bars & shops to enjoy as well. Overall this place is “Just Perfect” and we are already planning our return trip!

The penthouse unit is absolutely fantastic!!! The unit has four bedrooms/four and a half bathrooms, a large kitchen and a huge family room. The unit is well furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The views are the absolute best in the bay!! Can’t say enough good things about our stay!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Wonderful location at Hacienda Beach Club. All you need for a vacation get away. Management team is prompt and efficient. Took care of everything! Looking forward to booking again!

Our family of 4 loved this property. We have stayed at the Hacienda before in a slightly smaller unit in a different building. We love the Hacienda properties and you cannot go wrong with any of them. We prefer buildings 3, 4, and 5. This unit is in building 5 which is closest to the pool, spa. We were concerned it might be loud, but it is nice and quiet. The views cannot be beat from the balconies. The beds were comfortable and the condo was well-appointed. It was much larger than we needed as we thought others would be joining us for the trip. Would definitely stay here again.

100% Recommend and we would absolutely stay again! Our girls trip to Cabo was incredible and our stay at the King's View penthouse made It all the most luxurious and comfortable. The pictures do not even do this place justice! It is way bigger in person, especially the gigantic living room area in the center of the penthouse. We were greeted with a welcome amenity of ceviche, guacamole, cheese & crackers, and margaritas. As an add-on, it was totally worth it. We also took advantage of the concierge amenity with dinner reservations nd airport transfers. The only complaint that our group had was at the resort pool area: the poolside service was notably sub-par, likely resulting from COVID issues. Otherwise, we had a fantastic experience at the onsite restaurant and putzing around downtown Cabo's beach and marina areas. Thank you for an excellent vacation!

Great place to stay with family and friends. 2 Families, 8 total stayed for long weekend. Unit was awesome, very open floor plan with amazing views of the whole Bay. Met the owner who greeted us on arrival and showed us all the details. Fridge was stocked with goodies when we got in. Will come back for sure!

We have been coming to Cabo for 40 years - If you’ve got a good size group this Penthouse is an absolute must stay!!!! It’s a near 360 degree Cabo view including a 180 degree Medano Beach view from the ample deck and all 4 suites and the Penthouse is wonderfully furnished and equipped with any and everything. And once again the Hacienda crew did a terrific job of pampering us and attending to our fams every need - its a great property!! Thanks Clint and Julie for making our booking easy and for quickly assisting with all our requests!! We will be back soon.........

We had 3 different families (10 ppl total) stay at Kings View and it was a great time. The property exceeded our expectations and we hope to visit again soon. The staff was fabulous and location couldn't be beat!!

Our stay at The Kings View Penthouse was wonderful. It was our first visit to Cabo and could not have been more fabulous. The condo was beautiful and the property management group helped with every detail. They provided transportation, reservations and chef services. Anything we needed took only a phone call or email. We cannot wait to return.

A fantastic family holiday trip at a 5 star hotel in a villa with the perfect bird's eye view!! A gorgeous penthouse with every appointment. Will definitely do a repeat trip!

The King's View Penthouse at the Hacienda was absolutely perfect. The size of the rooms were wonderful, and the division of space is well thought out. The veranda outside overlooks the ocean and the attractions on the beach in a magical way. This is a perfect location for both quiet adventure seekers, and those who want to be walking distance from all attractions in the area. I look forward to staying here again, and thank Clint and his team for a very lovely experience.

This 4 bedroom condo was beautiful. The view from every room was breath taking. It is a great location to walk to wonderful restaurants and the pool area is great.

We couldn't have stayed at a nicer place. You walk in the door and just stand there, speechless. Over the top! 4 bed rooms AND 4 1/2 bathrooms ! You can't beat the view, the sunrise was worth getting up for everyday we were there. My favorite exercise was paddle boarding! That was so much fun!! When we didn't go down stairs for the amazing food, we cooked in house and everything we needed to make as meal was right there. You won't be disappointed!

Every part of staying at the King’s View is like a dream. The view from the balcony is simply breath taking, both sea side and city side. Every day the sky is a different painting and the city lights are always a nice complement to a night cap. The apartment is the closest building to the gym, restaurant, pool, and beach access gate. Not to mention only a ten minute walk to the marina! The apartment is set up for cooking-in if desired and Cabo is always great for going out and enjoying the town and people. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Very responsive should you need help. Easily one of my favorite places to go and be.
