A great home with everything at your fingertips! We didn’t get the weather we hoped for but the pool was so great to have just steps outside of the room. Beach house restaurant is great! We normally use a few more spices than were available for cooking but not a big deal. Helena sent over more coffee when we ran out. Definitely would stay again!

Turtle Bay is such a lovely location and this unit is so convenient to all the area offers. Well stocked, very clean and perfect location.

We were not told that this unit is a private listing therefore you can NOT use Turtle Bay resort pool or fitness center! Property was not in best condition. TV in living room was not able to receive all the channels,all the fans were not working, property mgr showed up unannounced at 9 am the day we were checking out . Noisy unit above us . Stay at resort

Everything was perfect. The villa has everything you need. Access to the beach and other resort amenities are a very short walk. Communication with the host was very prompt. If you’re looking to stay in the Turtle Bay Area, I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

Summed up in one word - AWESOME!! The house was exacty what we wanted and true to the photos. The enviroment was beautiful!!

Wonderful condo that was better than pictures. Host was very helpful and accommodating. Furnished with everything my family of 5 needed. Steps from the beach, pool and restaurants was perfect. My wife and I enjoyed having a glass of wine on the lanai after kids had gone to bed…listening to waves and breeze in palm trees.

This unit is in a spectacular location and our family fell in love with Turtle Bay. There was plenty of space for all of us and the amenities were amazing. I didn’t even like cooking here because it was absolutely gorgeous. I’m gonna start saving it and I’m coming back as often as I can. The book describing of activities in the host were completely professional and made our trip divine.

We have been to turtle bay villas a few times and have loved it every time. This villa is perfectly clean and well stocked. The ground floor location near the pool and with easy access to the beach, makes it ideal for all!

Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, sand toys and some snorkel gear are provided. We had an excellent vacation. Everything we could have possibly needed was available in this unit. So spacious and expertly clean. The location was pretty much unbeatable and the electric car chargers in the parking lot were fixed during our stay so we were able to easily charge or tesla rental car.

Great location in Turtle bay. Lanai that’s opens to courtyard and gardens is amazing. Accessibility to pool and beach can’t be beat. The unit is very nicely appointed for everything you need for the week. Rooms and bedding are comfortable for a family of 6. Thank you so much.

This was perfect for our family. Beautiful location with every amenity you could hope for.

If you are going to Turtle Bay, the Villas are the way to go. Helena's villa was very clean and had everything we needed, including snorkel gear, and body boards. Full kitchen which is great since North shore does not have as many restaurants as Honolulu. This is our second time staying at Turtle Bay and it's perfect for a family. The villa is in a perfect spot, 1st floor and so close to the beach and trails, which was perfect since I have a handicapped member in my family. Good times, thank you Helena for the immediate responses to questions and any info I needed. I will probably be back in the next year or two. Mahalo!!

Unit was excellent, spacious and as described. The unit was close to the pool and beach. Everything we needed was provided in the unit. Helena was available anytime we had a question. We did have a minor issue with the dishwasher, but Helena was quick to reply and problem solve. Thank you!

The location and the property itself are absolutely beautiful, however, we weren't even checked in for a full hour before we had to share our space with technicians fixing an AC unit that didn't work at all our first night. We toughed that out and that was no big deal as we were told it would be fixed the next day. They did return the next day while we were out and we did return to cold air so we were excited to have our little hiccup resolved and to go about our trip. Unfortunately, it didn't end there. We had planned all of our activities in the first few days of our trip so that we could enjoy the last day swimming and lounging at the condo in preparation for our early travels home the following day. It was on that day that the technicians had to return to replace the AC compressor at 9am. We got up early, got dressed so that we wouldn't be in our pjs while they were there. What we thought might be an hour or two at the most turned into a 9 hour day of 4 different people coming in and out of the condo all day. We had breakfast, lunch and started to think we might have dinner also with these people in our space. The fire alarm was set off several times. The drilling and the banging around made it impossible to nap. We didn't love leaving our belongings with strangers and felt that had we known of this issue we might have chosen another stay. It was costly and would have been worth the money had we not lost a full day to the disturbance however, it wasn't what we expected to pay for.

It was only a 4 night staycation but it felt like I had been there a week! Amazing!! So relaxing to have all the comforts of home (including my own master bedroom) and be steps away from the pool and the beach. We also brought our bikes and had the best time on the trails! The property is all about convenience. We appreciated being only steps away from the pool and walking distance to the beach. The rental had boogie boards, sand toys, comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. We loved the ease of everything. I definitely come back and would recommend this property.
