The host was so very kind and responsive. The house was perfect and clean upon arrival. Irma had gifts for us and made sure throughout stay we were happy and taken care of. We have stayed in many vacation houses and have never received gifts or treatment like this!!! We will absolutely book with her again and she and this house are very highly recommended!!!! 😊

We had an amazing time. Irma is the best hostess I've ever experienced. Excellent communication and she even left a gift for me. Would definitely stay again. Our whole group loved the house, the vibe and scenery. A+ rating.

We enjoyed the Bluff house very much! We especially enjoyed the patio off the main room-we enjoyed the view and water traffic going by from evening until dark!
Our rooms were comfortable and beautiful!
We will keep this lovely house in mind for the future!

Great spot. Each room was large and had its owns balcony and was on a different floor offering quite a bit of privacy for our guests. There was also great gathering space with a large balcony and two living areas attached to the kitchen.we had everything we needed there to cook at home for a few of the days. The hosts were in touch as well to ensure we had what we needed!

This property was simply amazing. There is no better view than what you have there. Every bedroom was so big and spacious. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Irma was amazing to work with. She made sure that everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this property if you are coming to this area.

We stayed in the house while attending a family reunion near by. The house was clean and comfortable. Irma was very responsive and provided extra welcome gifts upon arrival. We enjoyed the patio in the morning watching boats on the lake. Some of the young adults enjoyed the pool and coffee shop at Margaritaville.

Our stay was great! It was my husband‘s 50th birthday, and Irma had some sweet surprises for us! She made some little booties/moccasins. They are the cutest things! Lotsa space to move around and beautiful views from the deck of the lake. The weather was perfect, and we loved coming off, season in the quietness as we sat on the deck. We saw bats, ducks on the water, and a few boats go by. It got in the upper 70s and we enjoyed a wonderful boat ride. We rented from WFO Watersports. We highly recommend them! We would stay here again if we come to the same area! Most of Margaritaville was not open, so we could not enjoy the waterpark or the pools as it was too early for their open season.

Irma and Richard made our stay world class...every detail was thought out and executed to perfection. They made my sons 12th birthday extra special with their thoughtfulness...Truly can't thank Richard and Irma enough for a fantastic time...House, location, service and the special touches were once again world class!!

We research properties every year for our next family adventure and we hit the jackpot with this house! Not only was it clean, beautiful and well located….but our hosts made our family experience better with their suggestions to visit and constant communication about the area.

This property is tucked into a very private area, filled with trees and greenery for morning walks which seem like you are in the woods yet with the BEST view on the lake from the patio. The home is open and bright, with bedrooms tucked in areas so you dont hear the late evening card games...The host is responsive and caring. Dont Miss this one. YOU will not go wrong with renting this home. Truly Epic!

I found Bluff House based on reviews. The reviews are legit! Irma and Richard are amazing hosts. Professional, responsive, and yet still manage to add personal touches to your vacation. Can’t recommend them and this house enough!

This house was great for our 2 families (4 adults & 6 teenagers). Irma and Richard were phenomenal hosts that went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience!

The house has a great layout with plenty of room to relax. We felt "at home". It had all the amenities needed to make the space comfortable. The view from the deck for the evening sunsets was mind blowing. The hosts are amazing and will make you feel extremally important and cared for. I would recommend this place to anyone headed to the Lake of the Ozarks.

This property was perfect for our family getaway! It was the cleanest, most well stocked VRBO we have ever stayed at! The view, deck, and hot tub can't be beat! The home is beautiful and has a great layout that allowed each room privacy. Irma was a fantastic host! She left our family and kids thoughtful gifts and made sure we had all we needed for a great stay! Be mindful that there is no washer/dryer for laundry but Irma did offer to freshen up towels if needed. Overall I would highly recommend staying at this home! Absolutely a 5 star stay!

Our stay at the Bluff House was perfect! The home is well laid out, comfortable and has a beautiful view of the lake. The bedrooms are generous in size and can accommodate family or friends, each with their own suite and bathroom. The deck and hot tub were super nice. What made this stay most special though, was the amazing warming touches by the Host. They make you feel so welcome in the home. We will definitely rent it again!

We had a great time during our 3 night stay. The weather wasn’t the best but the house allowed for us to relax and enjoy watching basketball games. Very clean and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and left a nice note and checkin gift.

This was a perfect romantic getaway for my wife and me. The owner Irma went above and beyond to make it a great stay. The house is immaculate with one of the best views at the lake. Five stars isn’t enough. We are already planning our return trip!

This property was the perfect place to celebrate my partner's 40th birthday. We were close enough to golf, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores - all our needs. The house was stocked, clean, and so welcoming! We choose this based on the living spaces and incredible view, it did not disappoint! The hosts were so responsive and added personal touches that made this trip extra special:) It will remain a special place for us and hopefully we can come back again!

10/10 experience at this property. The host is extremely responsive, and even helped me find boat and jet ski rentals. She left us snacks and drinks in the fridge, and left a very kind note with subway gift card inside!
The view of the lake from the deck is gorgeous. All bedrooms are large and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

This house is exceptional. Immaculate, and so many thoughtful touches. Kids loved all the games available and the little surprises left for them! Loved watching the sun rise with our coffee on the patio! Can’t Wait to return!

The property was beautiful. Loved being on the lake. Close to Margaritaville for restaurants, bars, shopping. We also rented a boat, which I highly recommend. Would love to stay again in the fall to see all the leaves change!
