the room was clean

it is a very noisy industrial area, if you’re unlucky and get a rear room there is a operating gravel works all through the night which is very loud. it was a night with no sleep and no one on site to complain to I messaged the proprietor but got no reply also it has no car park, your car is left in the street no cafe open for 3 days so I’m afraid nothing to eat or drink and no shops anywhere near.

Rooms very clean comfortable beds. Very good for ferry close by.

Location on industrial est okay for us as not there during the day.

Hotel is in an industrial park right next to a big scrap metal business which was very noisy all night so had to sleep with the windows shut but the air conditioning wasn’t working so the room was unbearably hot.

Self service, clean, quiet and modern. Great shower too.

No instructions for check out meant we almost missed booked train for onward travel and no answer on phone when we tried to call.

I like the room, and bathroom. The building was ok,

Room was big, loads of space for storage. Bed was comfy and air conditioner was relly good too. Was spot clean.

Not the best location to explore Santander by foot, but we only needed to stay for one night to rest between traveling and for that is perfect. Be aware that there is no staff there, it's auto check in like the same says. We didn't mind that, the check in process went as smooth as it can be.

The check-in did not work, had to call booking.com 2x because the hosts could not be reached when called on the number given. They hung up on us several times. Overall very stressful experience. Overlooking a factory, very noisy in the mornings.

Very clean room, powerful shower.

Horrible location on an industrial park, views on a wasteland and cargo train crossing. Very inpersonal check-in system, only passports work. Sterile feel, no charm at all. Air-conditioning was not working. Hard to reach without personal transport.

everything was really clean and tidy, fresh bedding, big showers, lovely aesthetic

nothing to really mark against the property other than it’s maybe a 10 euro taxi away from the city, or a 45 minute walk (nice walk to be fair)

it wasn newly refurbished, clean, spacious, comfy, albeit a bit sterile and not v cozy

the hostal is far from the city center in an ugly industrial area and they do not have anyone available at the property and the automated check in didn’t work. we had to wait almost an hour for someone to come by and check us in, but the manager did respond swiftly and tried to do their best to resolve it
