The mattress had bugs which meant a swollen itchy back the next morning

Location was near Worldmark, as mentioned.

1. The property refused to provide breakfast, even though it was included in the booking. 2. The room was very dirty. The bathroom was dirtier. 3. Not a single window in the room or bathroom for ventilation. 4. The staff was very rude. Had a bad experience dealing with them.

The location of the hotel was good.

The staff were not good. It had problem of electricity as too frequently lights were on and off.

The location was Okay and cleanliness was fine.

First off, there was no "OYO" sign, so finding the place was a bit tricky. The second TV in the room wasn't working because of some Wi-Fi hiccup. We tried getting help, but the staff seemed as puzzled as we were. The Wi-Fi password they gave us was a bit of a brain teaser – took us ages to crack it. Oh, heads up, they don't allow outside food, and it would have been great if they mentioned that on the booking website. Also, basic stuff like water in the room without extra charges would've been a nice touch. Just some thoughts for improvement!
