We traveled to NOLA for a conference. The apartment was a great location to the convention center and was in a quiet neighborhood. The only issue was that we didn’t have hot water for showers. We waited until 10:30-11:00pm and still did not have hot water. Hopefully the property owner can improve that situation for future guests.

Only one elevator was operational during our stay. With six adults there were insufficient towels.

Great for our group that included a toddler and 4 adults. Central to the garden district and French quarter. Wifi was spotty and didn’t really get fixed while we were there, but everything else was great.

We stayed in a 4 BR apartment for 5 people so it was spacious. The apartment was clean & extra supplies were readily available. No problems at all. It’s about a 10 minute drive to downtown/the French Quarter. We didn’t feel comfortable making the walk because of the heat (98 degrees) & the area we would have to walk through.

Enjoyed our stay much better than a traditional hotel. The location was perfect, the place was clean and well-appointed and would absolutely stay here again.

We booked this space 3 months early for a conference and our reservation was changed from a 4 bedroom to a 3 bedroom on the day of after 4PM. This required some of our guests to get housing elsewhere at the last minute. The agent on duty was very professional and apologetic and we were refunded fees for the inconvenience.
The space is beautiful and the location is perfect and in walking distance to many places. Everything in the unit is as pictured. There were no outlets in master bedroom bathroom. The pictures give the impression that the lobby area is a bar area, but it is just a sitting area. Note: NO visitors are allowed. But, the main door stayed unlocked.
We ordered food/snacks because there's no vending [water, soda, or snacks] on the property.
We enjoyed our stay and hope this review will help future guests be better prepared to fully enjoy the space. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the city.

It was definitely better than an hotel

The stay was very nice and clean. The only thing was we didnt have enough linen and towels for family members and in master bedroom the TV never was able to connect because remote was working but that was fine we didnt get a chance to watch tv anyways. But overall I would come back to stay again. Oh and the rooftop was beautiful Thanks again we will see you guys soon.

Overall, the place was as described. The location is great as it's close to everything (French Quarter, Saints stadium, etc.). Communication with property manager was easy, as well as check-in process.

Overall our stay at the Sextant was great! The check-in process was very easy. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming as well as the other guest. I would definitely recommend the Section to my family and friends

Everything was self-service with onsite help ready to assist if needed.
I highly recommend this place if you're looking to experience New Orleans. Its a short drove to everything and it's right alongside the Mississippi River.
