Very clean and breakfast was amazing

The room was a great size for our large family! The bathroom was renovated and clean. The breakfast had great options (they had like 4 options for different kinds of milks!) and the breakfast staff was very friendly. The location was very close to our cruise we were getting on too!

Kind of silly but the glass door was not great for families since the kids use the bathroom during the night. Every-time they did the light shined through the door waking everyone else up. The location is pretty close to a homeless camp and they don’t have a parking lot.

No pool, bathrooms didn’t have a vent so sneezing was a very big problem for my family while showering.

The bed was comfortable, great location, and breakfast was good.

1. I ordered two room and when I checked in the front desk gave a small attitude and kept telling I didn’t when I showed her the confirmation email. Then one of the two rooms was supposed to be a king and she looked at me like there’s no way you’re getting that, so I needed up with a two queen and when I mentioned I requested them together that was another issue she was not willing to help with so we had to stay on opposite ends of the halls. 2. When the evening shift came in and we asked for help she did not want to help at all and then when we ordered pizza and sat in the lobby for it she made the comment “Man this pizza must have gold in it because you have been eagerly waiting on it.” 3. Breakfast was not good at all and the pancakes were the worst of all. They are tough and chewy.

nothing like the pictures. the room was unclean. i gound a hair in the coffee cup. the coffee machine was not clean. unprofessional staff and rude some items were stolen from my car. and i talked to the receptionist that she should warn the guest about the parking next to the hotel. she didn’t like what i said and she was terribly rude worst experience and will never happen again

The bar and restaurants were not functional though the website and Hyatt app did not mention that .

Good and clean. Across form the Convention Center. A little bare-bones, but perfectly adequate.

The hotel front desk both am and pm seemed like either they were new employees or clueless to their job. Including valet having me wait almost 40 minutes for my car . Lack of communication

Breakfast was very disappointing. Processed pork sausage links, powdered eggs that seemed to be sitting in a pot for some time and oatmeal was below Hyatt standard. There was a large breakfast room that was unaccompanied by Hyatt staff. I would suggest NOT advertising that this location offers breakfast. Very disappointing! The check in staff made us feel like we were bothering her. She seemed quite occupied on her phone and answered every question with a yes or no. On the website we paid for a high floor room, but was told we were on floor 2. Once we got out the elevator on floor 2, the entire floor had an extremely strong smell of marijuana. We didn’t bother to tell the front desk person, b/c the check in process was quite unpleasant and we didn’t want to bother her. At the event we attended, quite a few people asked how was our room. We shared our experience and let everyone know we would never return to that property.

I have asked for my invoice multiple times but have not received it.

The only problem that I had was they tried to put me in a king room without a pull out sofa when I booked a king room with a pull out sofa, otherwise known as a king quad room. When I questioned it, they told me that they could not guarantee a pull out sofa and that was between me and booking.com. I told them that it was between them and booking.com and they offered me a double queen which works for my situation. Didn’t find out until I was in the room that I did not have a pull out sofa and the front desk acted as if I was the problem. Could have done without the attitude, but other than that my stay was great.
