I wanted a kettle, microwave, mug and a bowl and that was instantly provided. Also they called a taxi at my departure and negotiated a good price.
The pool is a bit small but at least it is clean. The TV did only have channels for which you need to have an account.

Nice stay. Vanessa was very welcoming.
Apartment was well-equipped and clean.

A douter de la sincérité de certains commentaires positifs de certains !
Etablissement pas tenu. Mon séjour de 15 nuits, sans ménage de la chambre ni suivi. Prévoir la fourniture de son papier toilette et sac poubelle (une grande première ..) Chambre exiguë, sale, vétuste, salle de bain minuscule, bruit de canalisation, odeur d'égout permanente,équipement sommaire (beaucoup de choses de cassées pas réparées) Peu de rangement, mal insonorisée bruit des voisins d'à coté du dessus. Bruyant la nuit, la journée avec les travaux de futures maisons aux alentours. Une nuit je n'ai pas pu dormir par manque de civisme de voisins recevant le soir se croyants faisant la fête dans la piscine jusqu'à 1H30 du matin puis continuant la fête sur leur terrasse jusqu'a 4H00...
Piscine bruyante, logement manque de tranquillité et d'intimité.
Prestation très moyenne que je ne recommanderais pas !

It was a charming discovery for us. The place is ideally situated not far from Grand Bay beach, supermarket and other main facilities are at walking distance.
We were amazed by the welcome by Vanessa and David. Exceptional welcome making you feel at ease immediately. We like this feeling of being welcomed and the warmth throughout the stay. The place, the people, the calmness of the place was just amazing. There is nothing we did not like about LE BINOME and we will certainly book again.

It's was my 3rd visit there. The place was OK before. But the management had changed.
Nobody at the property for checking in. The phone number wasn't right.
I went google map. Was able to get a number to call. Other told me to call on another number. It's was super complicated to get in touch with new owner.
When I call the new owner. She said "I don't have any booking for you ". I had to send proof of my booking on what's app. The story change here. Sorry I mix up the date and "I wrote 19 instead of 18. I had to wait an hour out side. When she came. Nothing was ready and so more waiting.
Kitchen only a frying pan to cook.
No pest control in the place. Cockroach in the bathroom and lizard in the fridge.
The new management is trying their best. Not good enough.

we were greeted nicely by the staff upon arrival and luggage was taken upstairs for us. Large apartment with a great sized balcony.
We found BED BUGS on the bed and clear signs of an infestation. The toilet was dirty and no soap was provided. There were no bed sheets at all except a heavy duvet with no cover. Shower was not fit for purpose. Lots of ants and bugs on the floor across the apartment. Upon seeing these issues we contacted staff who offered us another room, with the exact same problems. We asked for a refund and this was provided. Although staff were apologetic and tried to make amends, we did not feel safe or comfortable to stay here as there are MAJOR PROBLEMS THAT NEED TO BE RESOLVED BEFORE THIS IS FIT TO STAY IN.

Very nice place with a nice swimming pool. Stylishly furnished in a modern manner and a comfortable bed. Viren who appears to run the place was very friendly and chatty. About ten minutes walk to Super U and restaurants and bars. Hotel in very quiet location yet only five minutes walk to the beach.
The only thing I missed was a fridge - but you can't have everything.

No keylock in one of the bebroom, the kitchen is too small, no dining table, just two kitchen pots, No safety in the kitchen where the gas cylinder is not protected. The yard is not clean.,and parking is not secured. I am giving my opinion just to help you to make the necessary, for the future.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. He was excellent at providing us with the best service and information which was required. The apartment is located within walking distance to shops,bars , restaurants and beaches
I will definitely come back to stay for few more weeks .

Super-clean quality accommodation in a good neighbourhood. Great facilities with a swimming pool. The host was very welcoming and friendly. Around 10 minutes walk to Grand Baie beach and bus stop. Highly recommended.

We were supposed to stay 5 nights but we love it here so we extended 6 more nights. It is a perfect location. Not more then 10 min walk to the big supermarket, the beach and the local busses. Easy access to take the bus to different locations. Super quiet area, waking up with the birds singing, comfortable beds and the owner is very nice. We absolutely love it here, highly recommend for people that like to have the own apartment and wants to do some traveling around the island. Highly recommend 👌🤗
