Location was very convenient for the Phillies game we were attending.

I would prefer if the casino was non-smoking.

I was staying there to see a concert. I arrived at almost 5 and the room was not yet ready. My daughter and I had to get ready in their public bathroom (that was their suggestion)

Absolutely love the complimentary bathrobes , the city view is breathtaking and the room altogether has a beautiful ambience.

The only annoying thing in my opinion was having to go to the other side of the building to get to the parking lot. I couldn't just get into the hotel via the parking lot.

Our room was comfortable and clean. It was easy access to my daughter's runway fashion event. The staff was helpful and kind.

My daughter is a minor and there was only one restaurant that we could access without hitting the casino floor which was not permitted to enter due to her age.

The location was great. My husband had surgery at Penn Presbyterian, so the location was perfect for access to the hospital. The wifi was great. When I was using it to send email or to do other things on the computer, it seemed really slow...but I was able to teach a 6 hour Zoom class with no issues whatsoever. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly. Being able to charge extra items to the room was helpful.

There were five restaurants in the hotel...only one delivered room service, and it happened to be the one restaurant which served food I was unable to eat. The doors were extremely heavy. This made it difficult to enter or exit the room or the hotel itself when pushing my husband in a wheelchair. Right after surgery, he had limitations on what he was allowed to do, so pushing a heavy door wasn't something he could do for me. You'd think there'd be one entrance that was wheelchair friendly. Atlantic City is just over an hour away and is known for its huge buffet meals at cheap prices. It would have been nice just to have a complimentary breakfast. I was surprised that the plumbing was so noisy for a two year old hotel. The toilet made a lot of noise during and after flushing and the shower control needed to be cranked really hard in order to turn off. There was also no microwave in the room...which would have helped to heat leftovers for the meals I had to bring with me since I wasn't able to take advantage of the restaurants on site. And, finally, the complimentary hairdryer didn't work, either.

We loved the Prime Rib restaurant and how clean and tidy the hotel was.

More late night food options during the week would be great.

Breakfast option is not the best. Alot of premade pastry options and bagel. No meats or eggs

Free parking and new facilities.

A band at night kept us awake at night. The cleaning service woke us up at 9 am. Not much for families to do at hotel because children can not enter the casino.

convenient location

VERY heavy smell of smoke from the time you step out of elevator from parking garage. casino on first floor is a SMOKING casino and the smell is so strong. was excited about the casino but couldn’t stay in there longer than 20 minutes because people were smoking everywhere and it felt like I was inside an ashtray

Staff was very friendly. It was a clean room and the location is fantastic for any of the sports arenas.

The casino was dirty.
