The area that this hotel is in is not what I expected. To gain entry into the building, there are instructions about texting and using codes to gain entry into the building and codes to get into the elevator, The front door is in need of repair because it sticks when only 1/2 open. There was no one there when we checked ourselves in This must be the modern way of running a hotel

Great location for travelers staying prior to catching an early morning ferry. A short walk to restaurants and other amenities. Very secure parking for those traveling with luggage they want to leave in the car

Clearer instructions on where to park / leave the car prior to check in would be helpful.

Gallery Suite is modern, well maintained and tastefully decorated. We had a good-sized room with a balcony. It's clean and bright with a comfy bed. Milena helped us book a taxi from the airport and also to the port the following day. Both Milena and Layla are great hosts - warm, friendly and helpful! I made the right decision in cancelling my previous reservation with another hotel and going to Gallery Suite instead.

The room was delicate, I especially like the fragrance once you enter the property. The boss Melina and her staff Layla were super friendly and professional.

The entry to the property, the lift etc is somewhat ‘industrial’ but one inside the front door to the Gallery Suite you are transferred to a bright lovely property.

We absolutely would recommend Gallery Suite either pre -or -post cruise and/or when exploring in or around Civitavecchia. The Hotel was immaculate. Milena, the owner, communicated with us prior to our stay to inquire about our transport needs from FCO and whether we required car service. She arranged transport on our behalf directly to the Hotel. The entire staff was friendly and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The Hotel is situated in center city, about a 10- 15 minute walk to the restaurant district and and the Mediterranean Sea. A taxi is required to reach the area where ships are docked. Milena arranged his as well. This was very helpful since taxis can be in short supply, especially on cruise days The rooms tend to be small, although larger ones are available. The place, however was nicely furnished and immaculate. We would stay here again.

Excellent communication with Milena! Layla let us inside Gallery Suites, since we were not able to open the doors, exhausted, and it was late, due to our delayed flight. This was great service, especially from a very long travel day. The suites were very, very clean with a modern design. There are only 4 suites, which made our stay feel private, since we occupied 3 of the 4 rooms. Breakfast was very good and simple. Milena asked the night before what time we would like breakfast, and Layla was there in the morning with breakfast prepared. Milena and Layla are excellent hosts that made sure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. They even made reservations for us at an excellent restaurant for lunch on the day of check-out, and booked our taxi to the port! Excellent stay before our cruise! I would highly recommend Gallery Suite in Civitavecchia!

Difficulty getting into property. If you don’t have working phone, you are in trouble. You need it to get into building,then elevator, then room. All different codes. Restaurant recommendations would have been nice.

The place is very clean and convenient for travellers going for cruise from the port. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They have been cooperative to gove us late checkout until our cruise check-in time.

The only one-person available was great and warm. Very personable and helpful. She added greatly to the accommodation
