The only good thing about it was its central location however being next to many bars and shops and restaurants, it was impossible to have a good sleep at night and mornings as a downside to it.

Horrible Experience. We had to call the Police upon arrival due to their mismanagement to solve the physical assault from the taxi they sent after us. Apart from that, It was a complete fraud. The breakfast photos on their website and Booking have nothing to do with the simple breakfast their offer in another building 200 meters away. The room even the fridge was full of hair when we first opened the door. The WiFi barely worked and the toilet door handle was detached from the door. After we complained about all this, the main manager became very unfriendly, rude and cold to us instead of helping us solve our problem.

The hotel was in a super location, and our balcony view was lovely - with both the sea (side-sea view) and the bustle of the street on an evening. The soundproofing of the shutters and balcony glass doors were great, and so we slept well. The town itself was lovely, with fantastic places to choose to eat or drink - and the people there were phenomenally friendly and efficient with service. The hotel team were super friendly and keen to chat and recommend places to see and visit. Although there was a little walk to the breakfast location, the selection of food was great. Would be very pleased to recommend - and wouldn't hesitate to rebook and go back.

The shower was a bit of a tight squeeze but cleanliness was top notch. Check out was little clumsy since the credit card machine wouldn't recognise my sisters two cards or my own two cards - so we had to withdraw cash (whilst our taxi was waiting to return us to the airport). However the lady on reception handled the situation calmly.

The team are amazing, Ria at the front desk is wonderful.

the breakfast could be improved

The staff was really really really friendly and helpful: they could not have been more nice. They offered us a complementary bottle of white wine as welcome gift and some traditional sweets as farewell.

Too much in the middle of the city and the noise. About the position: just next to our building there was a bakery with music all day long. So basically the noise coming from the adjacent street and the commercial activities. A also would like to suggest the hotel to find another spot for the breakfast as the designated area was a bit too far, the quality of product not very good. In high season they had the espresso machine broke for the entire week so no cappucino for us.

The location is great and the stuff was nice and very helpful. The room was smaller than we expected, the bed for children located in a gallery with a very low ceiling and a ladder leading to it. The bathroom was falling apart- the toilet and the sink were seriously leaking.

Clean and spacious room (suite) with lateral sea-sight. The suite is similar to a loft, functional AC, good quality towels (do not bring your towels, they have perfect towels for the beach as well). Tea/coffee machine and coffee in the room, friendly and nice staff at the reception desk, beach is 5 minutes walk. There is a long and large beach, a bit rocky, with fabulous water (not too deep near the shore for not swimmers but deep enough a bit further away from the shore), All restaurants are nearby.

WiFi didn't function all the time, probably because we were in the 2nd floor, breakfast could have been a bit more diverse.

Walking distance to the beach. Very friendly staff. Must mention very polite Gregorina, welcoming us each time with a huge warm smile. She was also very helpful with first info on the check in. The rooms were maintained clean every day

Location near beaches. Right in middle of the town. Very quiet. Room was clean and reception staff were excellent.

For a two week stay, storage of clothes was a problem: no drawers, only hanging space. Not much fun living out of suitcases. No bed side storage. Shower cubicle much too small, no doors and often not stocked with shampoo, shower gel. No kettle or tea spoons. Not always re supplied with,coffee, tea, sugar. Kettle supplied when requested. Breakfast served 200m away…..uninspiring! Nothing like the ad!.

Fantastic location in the centre of Skala. Comfortable modern and clean room with a balcony overlooking the Main Street & with a reaching view of the sea. Breakfast was served just around the corner by the pool. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The stairs up to the mezzanine in our room were a little steep. May not be suited to an elderly person.

Perfect Location and beautiful view from the balcony. Also breakfast was really good - freshly cooked. Room is very clean and had everything we needed. Personal is very welcoming and nice, Thank you! We enjoyed our stay!

It was a bit chilly

Very good location, amazing breakfast and very comfortable rooms. Staff was lovely and the decor all around is really nice!

Shower head not having a stand, having to hold the shower head whils washing hair was a little difficult. We coped but would struggle if was here for long stay
