Amazing heated pool in the room and having access to the main pool from our side door.

It is a bit far from Pattaya or Jomtiem Beach. You need a taxi which is a 10 to 15 minute ride.

The hotel grounds are so serene. The villa has very high ceilings. The indoor pool can be heated by requesting it at the front desk. You can rent scooters and bikes. We got the breakfast option. They have DELICIOUS breakfast every morning. The toilet seat is heated, as well.

It takes some time for the shower to warm up.

location of the property not convenient around 22km from pattaya. The breakfast served is only Chinese cuisine and limited the serving staff have a I don’t care attitude even after complain to F&B manager his reply was very arrogant.

the staff were so attentive and I loved the pool bar. breakfast was top notch.

Excellent villas, staff really helpful and very good with the children, The breakfast was ok, I think could be better considering the price of the villa. The location is great if you are visiting the attractions around Pattaya Room service food was good and also fairly cheap.

Very helpful and friendly staff, the room looks even better than the pics with shallow pool and patio. The breakfast was nice. They got speaker and smart tv pairing with Android plus super bass system installed. They can give you a lift with mini golf van so you dont need to carry all your staff all the way. Its a perfect get away place with family, the kids can enjoy sliders and kid pool.

We ended up swimming quite late so the water keeps regenerating the pool all night, which created some noises consistently like a mini waterfall sound. It might not disturb deep sleeper, but if you are sensitive to noises then it might be an issue.
