- The photos of the hotel match reality- I read they spent 150mil shekels on the renno and they’ve done a great job - The infinity pool is beautiful - location is convenient to town albeit a very steep heel, if you’re inclined to visit - they really try to keep the place clean -ֶ the spa was great, we had two massages by seperate masseuses and both were great. My experience with hotel masseuses hasn’t been amazing but this was a definite win - my kids loved the buffet breakfast

- the staff aren’t amazing, the level of housekeeping was really average. Having said that, a few individual staff members were great - an absolute deal breaker for me was the lack of Lunch service (especially when you have kids and it’s +40 degrees) Day one- only kids schnitzel and chips were available when we arrived at 1pm, despite a pool menu on display. Then day 3 the cook at the pool bar didn’t show up so ‘maybe there would be lunch at 1.30’. (Day 2 we ate at Arthur’s cafe highly reccomend) -

The building and room were beautiful. comfortable bed and the breakfast buffet was fantastic.

I tried to go to the rooftop bar and there were no staff so I ended up going elsewhere for dinner.

The breakfast was fabulous. The hotel rooms were lovely and clean. Overall a very comfortable stay

The check in system was awful with a long wait. The staff were very unhelpful and didn't seem to be trained in how to check in guests. We noticed the next day that the queue at the front desk was still long, and guests were frustrated.

Everything was very nice, good breakfast and fantastic restaurant. The staff were really pleasent. Some of the rooms have a breath taking view of the Kineret. Close to everything.

Every time we needed to use the elevator it took several minutes to get to our floor (5th) and I assume it was the same for everyone else. Parking wasn't great, we had to park down the block, so pack lightly.

We had to wait a long time for some basic things, elevator and towels. breakfast could be better

The hotel has no service worthy of the name compared to the price of the suite we took. You are given one towel per day and per person with two rolls of toilet paper. Nothing more !! The last day the suite was not even done at 5:30 p.m. despite our complaints. For information, we stayed 5 days. The hotel did not respond to any of our requests despite our repeated complaints. This hotel remains the worst hotel I have known for over 30 years. I strongly advise against it apart from the breakfast which remains correct. The quality/price ratio is very close to 0. There is still an advantage, we will be where not to go next time.
