The apartment is clean and quiet. It has basic kitchen facilities. The host was friendly.
It is a bit shabby and mismatched. The towels were small and hard and the nylon bedding was very itchy and uncomfortable. We arrived on a Sunday and there were no shops open so we had to eat out.

The area was nice they provided parking for 7€ a day but also had a free parking place in walking distance from the House. They also provide parking tickets because you have paid the city Tax.
They don't really have a kitchen table so if you want to have a diner you would need to do some rearranging in living room but, wasn't a problem for me. Other than that everything was great for the price.

Property was good and clean, nice area.
Mix-up with check-in time on the host's part resulting in needing to book somewhere else for the first night, but host compensated by only charging for the second night; location also a slight walk from the centre/main road.

Close by there is a free parking and a supermarket.
Towels are not included and available for an extra fee.
The host could be more responsive.
He informed me the day before around midnight that check-in was possible only between 12 and 13 and between 18 and 22.
It is only possible to pay by cash.

Warm welcome by a nice host. Quiet place, still only 20 minutes walk from the center through a nice park, but you can also take a regular bus line. There is a small italian restaurant and a bakery nearby.

It was close this time. The owner called me before to offer an alternative solution at :

Here the owner was king and good service.
Peacefull place. Better than baden baden to park the car and not far from the thermal baths.
Nothing. Totally satisfied about the installation. The bathroom and the room where correctly heated. I perfectly worked well

The stream of the waterfall flowing beside the property.
The staff was also good. Privacy was also maintained.
One of the doors were completely broken. Beds were uncomfortable.

Location very good . Very close to the best Park of Baden Baden.

The place is clean and location is fine. Beds were comfortable. We were allowed to check out a little later which was very helpful.
We had to pay additional fees for parking and towels per day which is unusual. There was also no basic things for cooking for example tinfoil, spices, oil, baking dish, descent chopping board, hand towel, oven gloves... so that was ashame.
